Escape to our cozy, one-of-a kind rustic cottage at the Gulf of Mexico! Centrally located, we are just 6 miles from Pensacola Beach, 17 miles from Navarre Beach, and 10 miles from Downtown Pensacola. We offer a quiet, chill environment while being just minutes from shops, restaurants, beaches, nature trails and the zoo. The Backyard Cottage is lovingly placed in our shared yard, so please be respectful of our space that we have chosen to share.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.

The Cottage By The Bay

Beautiful and underneath live oaks and old magnolias, The Cottage was built in October 2015 in a quiet family neighborhood. The decor is "Southern-Coastal". *We live on the property next door. NO water access. The Cottage is located 5 minutes from putting your toes in the bay at Naval Live Oaks. It is 10 minutes from the gorgeous white sands of Pensacola Beach or eating some of the Gulf Coast most delicious seafood.

Looking for fun in the sun? The outdoor features an amazing, screened salt heated pool, covered lanai, gas grill and a fire pit. White sand beaches, golf courses, zoo, shops and delicious local restaurants are within short driving distance without the bridge traffic! Ample parking on private property. 6.5 miles to Beautiful Navarre Beach, 18 miles to Pensacola Beach and 28 miles to Destin.
