Great place! Bigger than expected with laundry on unit, great patio and lanai. Loved the pool as well. Host were extremely accommodating for children and very quick to respond. Place was clean and felt safe. I would recommend a car to get to the beach if you have kids. You need to cross a busy bridge. Quick 5 min drive to beautiful shell filled beach.

Awesome location, located right in between the Gulf and bay! The unit was nicely remodeled, had comfortable furniture and had a beachy vibe. Englewood was hit pretty hard by 2 hurricanes recently, so things are not back to normal, including the deeded beach access and bay access. We're also hosts in Englewood, so we're very understanding of that and it didn't stop us from enjoying the place!

The Cottages were great hosts. The place had all the accommodations needed to make us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well kept. We particularly appreciated how stocked the house was, plenty of beach/pool towels, beach equipment (chairs, wagon), and all the other amenities we expected. The elevator is a great touch. I never thought we would need/want one, but with kids, beach gear, groceries, etc. it made a huge difference. We didn’t need much during our stay, but when we reached out, the host was very responsive. Overall, a great location, great house, and excellent host. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

I loved this house. The patio space is very relaxing. The house has a great vibe, and everything is very clean and well-designed with everything you need. You can really see the love they have for the house. Thank you so much.

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Wir reisten mit vier Erwachsenen Personen an und die Unterkunft hat von der Größe her für die drei Tage, die wir da waren, komplett ausgereicht. Es war alles äußerst sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Sogar für einen perfekten Strandtag hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Handtücher, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und sogar ein kleiner Wagen für den Transport waren vorhanden. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft!

James’ place was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed to feel right at home!

Can’t say enough good things about the house and Steven. The house was beautiful, it was everything we could’ve wanted and to have the additional beach supplies readily available was amazing! Steven answered so quickly and was happy to help however he could. 10/10 for us!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very short walk to the beach, and the beach is one of the nicest we've been to in Florida. Steve was a great communicator and very responsive. The property is very convenient to restaurants and what-not. I would highly recommend.

Everything that David described was up to expectations. The location was perfect near everything we wanted to do and lots of great restaurants. The only down side was the small shower, but it was clean. The beach access was a plus. We felt like we had this place to ourselves, we were able to have the pool to ourselves on 2 separate occasions. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and the excursions we planned for. The grill was a nice touch although we didn’t notice it till our last day. So if you plan to stay here, here’s a little heads up!! We give this place a 5 star rating overall and will plan to stay here again in the future.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Laura was a wonderful host! From our first communication, she shared things to do in the area and answered any questions I had very quickly. She had a lovely welcome basket when we arrived and the house was meticulously cleaned! It was also well stocked with the things you might need while you were there, which made it feel like home! Would definitely stay again if I was traveling in the area again and would definitely recommend to others! Wonderful experience.

We loved staying at this home! The location was perfect for our needs. It was an extremely easy walk to the restaurants and the beach. It was even manageable for our 5 year old who loved the walks. Waking up and having a morning coffee looking out over Lyons Bay was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our 3rd time at Julie’s place and it never disappoints. She is so thoughtful. The place is perfect for my husband and I and it is just steps from the most beautiful beach. Our hearts were full just seeing all of the places back up and running. We really enjoy talking with the locals and getting to know about the area. It is just a little piece of paradise! Thank you Julie for being such an amazing host!!

My daughters & I stayed in Nokomis for a spring break beach trip. Dan's place was exactly as described in the listing. The entire place was clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our stay. We used the paddle boards and kayaks during our stay, as well as the beach chairs & umbrella. It was so nice to have everything for the beach available for us to borrow. Nokomis Beach is only a few minutes from the condo. We enjoyed several short trips to Venice for restaurants and coffee shops. Dan responded quickly to any questions I sent. We had an excellent stay at Dan's and would definitely stay there again!

Joe was amazing to communicate with. The spot was a perfect space to relax and unwind from the busy beach days. The view of the sunrise each morning was absolutely beautiful. If you like porch sitting in a peaceful environment, this is the place for you!

Great last minute find for a quick and much needed vacation. The place was close to the beach and the host was very responsive.

We had a wonderful visit to Casey Key while staying at Christopher and Michelle's place. The pool and hot tub are great amenities and the house was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return soon!

A fabulous property just a few minutes away from the beautiful Siesta Key public beach. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stunning views from sunrise to sunset. We much appreciated the covered parking. The host was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had both before and during our stay.

It was everything we could have hoped for! Most convenient unit we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. There was nothing we needed or could have asked for that wasn’t already there. My kids are both in college we only get one vacation a year with them, I can’t think of a better place to spend it than where we stayed. Thank you for all the memories we made and we definitely want to come back next year!

Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!

My girlfriend and I brought our boys down from Michigan to get a few quiet beach days in. This was absolutely perfect, not on the water but definitely close enough for me. We went to Venice and Siesta Key beaches as well as Nokomis.
