We just had the most fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—so peaceful and relaxing, and just a hop away from the beach. The decor is lovely and well thought out, the bed and sheets are super comfy. Everything was spotless, and we loved all the little thoughtful touches, like the gorgeous welcome basket that made us feel right at home. Carmen and Shalom are genuinely the best hosts ever! They're incredibly responsive and care a lot about making sure their guests have a fantastic experience. Plus, the private tiki on the beach was such a special treat, and we loved being able to enjoy our trip with our furry family members. We had such a wonderful time that we booked our second stay in September! Honestly, this is hands down the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at—Carmen and Shalom really thought of everything to make it the perfect vacation getaway! Can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Christina is an amazing host. She responds very quickly and is very professional and accommodating. Her apartment was one of the best places we ever stayed. Very clean, modern, wonderfully stocked and close to the beach, restaurants and other shops in the neighborhood. We enjoyed very clean swimming pool and tennis courts which were on the property. Watching beach in the morning and sunsets in the evening was another great experience which added to the value of our vacation. We definitely enjoyed every moment of our vacation and would recommend this place to everybody!!!

What a gem! This little cottage was just cute as a button. Super clean, easy access to the beach and had all the amenities for a great stay. Steve was very responsive and sent detailed instructions before our arrival. We definitely recommend this property and wish we had found it sooner! 5 stars

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Great attention to communications and exactly as described. Very convenient for walking to the beach or nearby restaurants. Easy 3-5 minute car ride to dog beach. Will book again if ever in the area.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. It’s a perfect location with beach access. Condo was as described and just like the photos. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

The is easily the most beautiful rental home my family has stayed in — gorgeous finishings and super comfortable furniture and beds. The views were unbelievable and close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond to my questions pre and post check in.

Great vacation great home & perfect location

The house is really cool! Great rooms and just overall atmosphere of the house. The outdoor area was great to hang out in, and the location is really close to the beach. Joan was very responsive, very helpful, and super nice. She even mailed us back some swimsuits that were left behind. Overall amazing experience.

Easy access to beach and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the pier. Great view of rocket launch from the beach. Live music at the pool on Saturday was a great bonus!

Maryam's home was beautiful and is a perfect location for a beach getaway. We absolutely loved the area. It is clean, safe, and the locals are very friendly - even to tourists. I highly recommend this and would love to come and stay here again.

Lovely home! Close to the beach, great pool! There are beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and a cart for taking it all down for a fun day at the beach! Great place for 6 old friends to vacation together. Looking forward to coming back for sure!!

My family of four with two small children loved the place. Julia helped us out and brought over a portacrib from another location to help us out, which was amazing. We love Cocoa beach and have stayed at quite a few different places. This place was so far our favorite. Sitting on the balcony, which is quite big, for sunrise and moonrise was so great. We were lucky enough to catch a rocket launch as well. Definitely felt very comfortable there with everything we needed. We barley left the condo complex as we just wanted some alone time to spend together as a family. So fun.

We lovd our stay at Sea Haven! The house was perfect! Close to the beach, spacious, clean, new appliances, comfy beds, great pool and fantastic hosts. Easy check in and check out and the hosts were very accomodating. Was so great to have beach chairs and some beach toys for our kids as well since we weren't able to travel with our own. Would definitely stay again.

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

Loved this cottage- it was the perfect place for our family of 4 (including a 4 yr old and 2 yr old). The kids loved the fun bedroom, beach toys, and hammocks! Mom and Dad loved the private location with no traffic and a short walk to the beach (so short, our 24 month old could walk it all by herself!) Everything was clean and well-stocked. As parents to young kids, we so appreciated having things like extra toys, a wagon, books, toiletries, and more; things we were unable to pack or might've forgotten otherwise. We loved the beach, local restaurants, and everyone in the area was so friendly! We even had the opportunity to watch a late-night rocket launch from the beach. If we return to this area, I'll definitely be trying to book the same cottage again! I'm not sure you could get a better deal/location in this area!

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Excellent choice for vacation. House was easy to find and as pictured in listing, except for the newly updated beds in the bedrooms which were very comfortable and the new patio furniture. The place is fully furnished and we appreciated the half bath on the main level. There was ample necessities provided and all cleaning supplies. Pictures do not do the path to the beach justice, it is honestly a short walk from the deck steps. Perfect vacation location and Amy was very easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay at Adaue & Mike’s place in Indialantic Beach! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for our family. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It’s also spotless, well-organized, and clearly maintained with care. You can truly relax here and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
