Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. Pack up your family and come stay in our charming 1835 Federal-style stone home located just 9 miles outside of Cooperstown, 1/2 hour to Cooperstown All Star Field and 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dream Park. The home boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen and a dining room. The property sits on 70 acres and has a 1/2 acre of the yard fully groomed for the perfect baseball game. It also features a beautiful barn outfitted with a dining area, pool table and TV.
