Lovely holiday home for our large multi generational family. Great outdoor spaces. All facilities you need you. Quiet neighbourhood. The pool has amazing views of Mount Etna.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche Anfang April im Haus von Loredana verbracht. Der Garten mit Pool ist wirklich wunderschön ! Da es sich noch um die Nebensaison handelte , war es schön einsam und ruhig. Für uns genau richtig ! Wer um die Zeit Trubel sucht sollte vielleicht woanders hinfahren. Ein Auto vor Ort zum Einkaufen etc. ist sehr sinnvoll. Dann kann man auch mit wenig Fahrzeit viele tolle Dinge entdecken ( je nach Ausflugsziel empfiehlt sich ein unempfindliches Auto, da die Straßen teilweise abenteuerlich sind .. Vollkasko zu empfehlen ) Loredana war zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war per Translator sehr unkompliziert! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern . Die Betten für die Kinder sind eher klein und unser Teenager mit 1,80 m haben wir aufs Sofa umquartiert. Ging aber auch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely house, well furnished. Suitable for a family or group of couples with seperate bathrooms for each bedroom. We stayed as a family, our granddaughter had ample space to explore and play. Nice Pool , garden and open plan living /kitchen. Airconditioning and easy parking. Supermarkets closeby. Location is very good to explore this SW region of Sicily. In particular Noto, Regusa, Modica are within easy reach. The hosts Giovanni and Giorgio are easy to communicate with and very nice people. We enjoyed the baked pastries Giovanni brought over for us - a lovely gesture, much appreciated and tasty!! The house is newly built, walking to the Marina and beach is comfortable. Fully recommend a stay here. We enjoyed ours.

Ce fut un accueil exceptionnel dans une villa exceptionnelle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les prestations haut de gamme de la maison ainsi que le soin porté aux extérieurs. Mais ce qui fut le plus remarquable est l'accueil que nous avons reçu. Nous avons été touchés par l'hospitalité de nos hôtes. L'entretien quotidien de la piscine et de ses abords à 6h30 par le propriétaire, avec une grande discrétion est tout à fait remarquable. Les conseils de Maria Laura et Tizianna et leur gentillesse sont également un point fort de ce séjour d'exception. Nous rêvons déjà de revenir !

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison. L'accueil de Dino était parfait et Ivan était constamment à notre disposition si besoin. Le logement est conforme aux photos en particulier pour ce qui concerne les extérieurs. Il était très agréable de passer du temps dehors au bord de la piscine, entouré de citronniers. Un réel bonheur !!! Les équipements intérieurs mériteraient sans doute d'être renouvelés mais au final l'expérience était vraiment très agréable !!! A renouveler et à recommander les yeux fermés !!!

Uns als Familie hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Das Auto war nötig.

It’s a beautiful, modern villa with an infinity pool and gorgeous terrace, 10 minutes by car from Siracusa. You most definitely need your own transport but if you do, it’s easy to find restaurants etc that are a short car drive away. Would recommend Cava Grande, which is about 45 minutes away (Carrubella hike) and the beautiful nature reserve on the Southern coast. Definitely worth the trip to Mount Etna as well (a couple of hours in the car)

Ci siamo trovate benissimo, la casa è piccola, ideale per 2-3 persone ma ha ampi spazi esterni, un bel giardino sul retro con una piccola piscina e una splendida vista sul mare. E’ in una posizione ideale per raggiungere le spiagge ma anche per visitare Scicli, Modica, Ragusa, Noto e Siracusa. Chiara è stata molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva, e ci ha consigliato ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni.

Exactly as described and pictures . Livia is a perfect host. Noto is stunning and google rooftop bars for the most glam experience- friendly and fun can 100% recommend to other guests!!!!!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

This is a great villa with sensational views. Well equipped and clean. The road to the villa is narrow so best for those with a modest sized vehicle but the views at the end are worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and interacting with our host.

We had a great stay. The home was as advertised, in fact the view and terrace were better in person than the photos show. The house is spacious and very well stocked and Mario was a great host. Strongly recommend!

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza strepitosa. il luogo è paradisiaco, mai caldo, la piscina è bellissima, gli spazi esterni ampi e ben curati. Eravamo un gruppo di 19 persone e davvero c'era modo per tutti di rilassarsi in pace e tranquillità, partendo dai ragazzi che volevano fare il bagno arrivando agli adulti che invece volevano riposare. tutti avevano modo di fare ciò che preferivano senza disturbare gli altri. la cucina ampia e accessoriata di tutto il necessario. l'host è stato davvero premuroso. ci ha coccolati per tutta la settimana. ci ha saputo dare indicazioni precise sui luoghi dei dintorni e non solo. siamo stati davvero molto bene

Stylish and modern place with a nice pool to cool off. Good beds and everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to the restaurants and beach downtown. Deborah was very helpful and friendly.

We were a family group extending over three generations. The flat had access without stairs which was very convenient. It was a short walk into town, which had more restaurants than we expected, we ended up eating there most nights actually. One night a local chef cooked for us, which was amazing. Salvatore was always quick at responding, flexible and helpful. The views are amazing, the terrace is where we spent most of our time, so comfortable. we also did drives to towns and villages for different activities. We had a lovely time.

Fantastic House with the best imaginable view! Mari was an exceptional host and took good care of us! Highly recommended!

wow wow wow. es war einfach schön. wie auf den fotos oder sogar besser. man hat platz,der pool ist gross .....es ist wie im beschreib. pietro wie auch riccardo sind hilfsbereit und nett. riccardo ist immer zu stelle wenn was ist. wir waren uns mal unsicher,da es in der nähe gebrannt hat und er kam sofort nachschauen. wir kommen gerne wieder und können es allen empfehlen.

Wow!!!! Our three families (11 people aged from 2 yrs to 77 yrs) spent 14 wonderful days in August at Villa CH. To say that the properties are wonderful hardly does them justice! We have all stayed in many luxury villas in Europe and Franz’s home was by far the best we have been to. The villas were very well equipped, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning & water supply superb. The outside areas were amazing! The teenagers loved the pool table and ping pong table and the whole family spent many hours enjoying the wonderful, clean and huge pool. The many pool ‘toys’ and Sonos speakers in the pool area made every day feel like a party! We were also lucky enough to have a daily visit from Georgio , who very discreetly maintained the pool & grounds and nothing was ever too much trouble anytime we needed any help with anything. We can’t not mention the delight of the two resident dogs, Leo & Lucky. They were constant companions and made us feel really at home. We will be back x

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

Wir sind sehr nett und liebevoll begrüßt worden. Obwohl wir kein Italienisch konnten hat die Kommunikation mit dem Translator wunderbar funktioniert. Wir haben immer schnell und sehr freundlich und unkompliziert Hilfe und Informationen zur Region bekommen. Die Abreise ist uns sehr schwer gefallen.

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

Wat een geweldige locatie om te verblijven! Prachtige ligging met uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Hele mooie grote tuin, prachtig onderhouden. Heerlijk terras bij het huis of aan het zwembad, volledige privacy. Het huis was heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met Lorenzo verliep heel soepel, hij reageerde snel en gaf leuke tips voor in de omgeving. Deze locatie is absoluut een aanrader als je van rust houdt midden in de natuur.
