This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Welcome to Cam’s Cabin – Your Peaceful Lakeside Escape! Nestled in a quiet spot at Lake Arrowhead, Cam’s Cabin is perfect for fishing trips, romantic getaways, or a peaceful retreat. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch, take in the scenic views, and soak in the serenity of the outdoors. A boat ramp is just a few miles away, local dining in Henrietta is 15 minutes away, and Wichita Falls is only a 30-minute drive. Unplug, unwind, and enjoy the simple beauty of lakeside living at Cam’s Cabin!

The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Hampstead Suite (across from MSUTexas)

This private suite is for the solo traveler or professional. This property has large pollinator and native plant gardens that nature lovers will enjoy. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access. One guest only at all times, please do not send inquiries or reservations for more. Be sure to read and follow the house rules for all policies.

Come stay in a beautifully decorated farmhouse studio cottage in the Pumpjack Capital of Texas! Our wonderful town of Electra, TX. is a charming small town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. If you want a little more variety, Wichita Falls is just a short drive away! Bring your furry friends! $25 non-refundable animal fee. Nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Graham, our little red cabin has everything you need - sleeping for 5, a fully stocked kitchen, kayaks, games, and a dock begging you to catch fish or race down the slide. Visit during cool weather to enjoy family and s'mores at the firepit.

The Magnolia-Fully Remodeled Apt

Come relax at The Magnolia. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has been completely remodeled in July 2023 and is in the middle of all the big city amenities. The apartment complex is very safe with a city police officer living on the premises as the courtesy officer. It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful. The laundry is located in the apartment, so no need to visit a laundry mat. The complex has a fitness center, business center, and dog park.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
