Close to golf clubs including 'Gleneagles', the major roads to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee are easily accessed and Perth is just 7 miles away. Luxurious Rustic Cottage B&B

Tucked away just 300m from Paxton House, Dene Cottage has 1 double room with luxury bath / shower room in a rustic fairytale setting with woodland walks along the river Tweed. There is ample parking for bikes or car. A single room is available, listed separately and is not let, unless agreed, when the double room is taken. If both rooms are booked the cost of the single is reduced. This is a ‘b&b’ not a self catering property but good breakfast is included.

Cosy room, rural escape for Kielder, Newcastleton

A snug cottage bedroom at Larriston Farm - a mid 19th century farm steading around a cobbled courtyard. We're in a very rural setting, 20-25 minutes' drive from Kielder Water, the observatory and also Newcastleton. Dogs welcome. We offer breakfast and you're welcome to use the kitchen to cook a light evening meal. We have another double room too - check our other listing.
