Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in un appartamento davvero eccezionale. Fin dall’ingresso, l’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’arredamento moderno si fonde perfettamente con tocchi di design elegante, creando un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. La pulizia è impeccabile, e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta qualità, perfetta per chi ama cucinare anche in vacanza. Le camere sono spaziose, con letti comodi che garantiscono un sonno ristoratore. Anche il bagno è moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, con una doccia spaziosa e asciugamani morbidi. Uno dei punti di forza è la posizione: l’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina ai principali punti d’interesse, con supermercati, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra richiesta e a fornire consigli utili sulla zona.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

This place is simply amazing and Simona is probably the best host you can find, she makes you feel like a family friend and not just a guest. She made quite q few recommendations (even after leaving her place) that really made a difference. The house, the restaurant, the staff, the surrounding area, the swimming pool, everything is like coming out of one of those films that makes you want to go to Tuscany, so authentic and aesthetic. All the details are carefully looked after and this place makes you feel exactly as you expect when you choose Tuscany. Thanks a lot Simona, we really enjoyed these days and we expect to come back in the future.

Chiara has a beautiful establishment and is a super host. She was welcoming, provided us with useful information, gave us clear and concise information when we required assistance. I would recommend her establishment and will definitely stay there again if ever I am in Florence again.

L’appartamento è davvero incantevole e spazioso, molto ben curato nell’estetista e nell’ arredamento. Lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito. Siamo stati sorpresi di averlo trovato attrezzato di tutto quello che ci potesse servire. Davvero molto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. La casa ha una vista incantevole, in posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Ottima base per esplorare in auto i dintorni. Letti davvero comodi, due bagni attrezzati di tutto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Davvero grazie di cuore per la straordinaria ospitalità. Tocco finale. Abbiamo un bimbo di 6 anni ed è stato molto bello scoprire letture nuove anche per lui, presenti in casa e a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui. Casa bellissima con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La Signora è stata super gentile, ci ha fatto trovare acqua e latte in frigo e una super torta fatta da lei per colazione. Pulizia a livelli top. La zona è molto tranquilla, vicino ci sono supermercati, bar, farmacie. Facile raggiungere il centro di Perugia in macchina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo come se fossimo a casa. Dovessimo ritornare a Perugia non avrei dubbi: ritornerei sicuramente qui.

Si vous souhaitez séjourner près de la ville et en même temps proche de la nature, le logement de Meinolf est fait pour vous ! Au milieu des oliviers, avec une vue à couper le souffle, cette belle demeure typique est le pied à terre idéal pour visiter la région. Par ailleurs, Meinolf est particulièrement gentil et accueillant, de même que son fils.

Lucia welcomed us into the most quaint, perfect apartment we could ask for! There are some stairs getting up to it, but the views were breathtaking! The graciousness of this host was unmatched! Water, juice, beer in the fridge! Candy, morning toasts and jelly! Lucia helped with restaurants, history of the city and the Palio race. If we could rate this higher we would. Everything was perfect. Location was close to everything, but far enough away to be peaceful. This has to be one of our top places we have stayed. We can’t say enough about how they went above and beyond as hosts to make guests comfortable and welcomed. We highly recommend this place which means if may be harder for us to rent again from such a raving review! Want to thank Lucia for how great she was as she’s managing it for a woman in the US. She truly goes above and beyond in what she does. We were Blessed to have found a gem like this in our Italian adventure. This was a great find! Definitely stay again.
