Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

we absolutely loved Jeff & Jill and their house. they are very responsive and accomodating. not to mention, the house is cozy and the view is amazing. it is right on the beach. i brought my grandparents and my nieces. my grandparents were very happy and my nieces had a blast. we are very thankful and we will be back.

Mark was very responsive if I had any questions. His place was just as described and was very easy to get to and check in to. It’s right next door to schooners so you could walk next door for food or drinks.

My family and l stayed a week and we really enjoyed our stay, was clean, and nice, as described great view of pool from balcony and we could see the beach and flags about water conditions was great, everything worked great overall great experience would definitely stay there again host communicated with us well but not to pushy right on 30A where everything was give it a five star rating if you can get it stay there you will be glad you did ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

This was an absolute amazing place to stay! It was very cozy and clean! Very quiet neighborhood with very friendly faces and Sarakay was very friendly and helpful! Beautiful home we definitely had a great vacation with us staying here! Would definitely recommend 100% staying here! The community where the home is has a lot of great amenities and there are many things you can do right on the property! Thank you for the great stay!
