Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type. Old Spout Barn has been renovated into a luxury two bedroomed Holiday Cottage with a multi fuel burner, picture window to capture the breath-taking views of the Howgill Fells and a bespoke well equipped kitchen. The living area is open plan with T.V. & Wi-Fi throughout. There is a twin bedroom downstairs. Upstairs there is the Master bedroom and Bathroom with a shower and separate bath. The barn has private off-road parking for two vehicles and a Patio for you to enjoy the stunning views.

A luxury wood cabin situated in 3 acres of private ancient woodland. The cabin has been hand crafted using reclaimed materials from an old mill in Chester and is fully insulated. Experience the peace and tranquillity, watch the stars through the star gazing window; enjoy the views across Widdale Beck to the fells beyond and delight in watching red squirrels in nearby trees. Sorry, no dogs – to protect our ancient woodland and the endangered red squirrels who live here.

The Mill, Rutter Falls,

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements! You won't find accommodation closer to rushing water than this! No under 12s. Check in Fridays and Mondays only.
