Charming typical house in the centre of Santanyí

The terraced house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor we find the living room, the kitchen / dining room, the patio with its dining, lounge and barbecue areas and an outdoor bathroom. In the first one is the night area with the two bedrooms and a bathroom en suite in a room. The house has been recently renovated and is in very good condition. Its dry stone walls are warm in winter and cool in summer. It also has air conditioning that in winter turns into heating.

Im hinteren Teil des Erdgeschosses befinden sich ein gemütliches DZ, u. ein Badezimmer Im OG gibt es ein weiteres Wohnzimmer, ein DZ und ein EZ , sowie ein Bad. Von hier aus gelangt man auf die Dachterrasse. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimageräten kalt/warm ausgestattet .

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Sehr ruhig und sonnig, eine unvergleichliche Lage. Das Dorf Fornalutx wurde für seine Umweltschutzbemühungen mit mehreren europäischen Preisen ausgezeichnet. Das Ferienhaus liegt nur 10–15 Minuten vom Meer entfernt, sodass Sie Tage am Strand von Port de Sóller verbringen und den vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten nachgehen können. Es befindet sich im Herzen der Serra de Tramuntana und ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Nur für Erwachsene Kleines Gästehaus / Casita für zwei Personen auf unserer Finca in Llucmajor, mitten in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage mit Pool. Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

The beaches, on a short driving distance, are also a bonus, especially the natural park of s'Amarador.
