Häuser als Ferienunterkünfte in Sestri Ponente, Genua

We zijn op doortocht 1 nacht gebleven. Het was heel bijzonder. Een fijn appartement, heel gezellig ingericht. Mooie prive terras tot onze beschikking. Het terrein was heel mooi, goed verzorgd, prachtige rustige omgeving. Het zoutwater zwembad was heerlijk. Het meest bijzondere aan ons verblijf was het eten. Antonella had heerlijk voor ons gekookt. Allemaal gerechten die stuk voor stuk fantastisch waren. Daarbij was het ook super gezellig om met haar te praten en hebben we wat Italiaanse woordjes geleerd. We kunnen het iedereen aanraden om hier naartoe te gaan. Bedankt Antonella voor je gastvrijheid!

Sehr gepflegtes Häuschen mit traumhafter Lage, ruhig, sauber, schöner Garten, Privatsphäre. Parkplatz sicher. Alles perfekt

We had a really lovely stay at Mia’s place with our 3 year old and two dogs. The garden is fully fenced and secure which was perfect. Great location with amazing views and close to the beach and restaurants. The house is equipped with everything needed so there is no need to take anything extra which is lovely. Very comfortable beds!

Casa fabulosamente decorada. Muy cómoda para mi hija, mi esposa y yo. Grandes detalles de Cris a ayudarnos a ubicar para conocer Genova y Portofino. Recomendable completamente para desplazarse en tren. Sin duda, buen lugar para volver

We were with our dog there. We felt all there like at our home. The view is fantastic! I highly recommend it!

Daniela was a great host, she always responded very quickly and her instructions were very clear. The recommendation about the surroundings and restaurants were helpful . We enjoyed staying at her home very much; it’s settled in a garden full of olive tress at the top of a hill and the view over the bay and the ocean from the rooftop terrace is spectacular; especially the sunsets. We’ve had a very heavy storm for two days; two days of extraordinary fireworks because Recco had a special public holiday and had a good time for the rest of the week. We would like to especially thank Paola very much for picking up our daughter from the train station, that was really kind.

Beautiful and peaceful property. Simona greeted us and made sure everything was to our liking. The geese were fun to watch, the cats came to visit and we could watch the deer from the terrace. Our hosts were generous with their time and attention. Would definitely go back for another visit.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einer atemberaubende Aussicht. Stilvoll, sauber und geräumig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Sehr flexible Gastgeber welche sogar die Sonderwünsche erfüllen. Parken war kein Problem.

Excellent séjour chez Simonea , le logement est superbe ! Dans un endroit calme. Un peu difficile d accès mais faisable. La mer est à 15 mn en voiture et c’est tellement agréable d être au calme le matin et le soir dans un très bel environnement.. La deco est très soignée. Simonea et son mari sont très réactif pour répondre aux questions et donner des informations.

Logement très bien placé à 5 minutes du métro à pied pour accéder au centre de Gênes. l'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel. Katia est très réactive et de bon conseil notamment pour la très bonne pizzeria la spiga d'ORO à proximité du Airbnb.

Alloggio stupendo, vista bellissima. Super pulito e comodo. Con tutti i comfort necessari. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente se siete da quelle parti di alloggiare 😊 ne vale davvero la pena.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale di Sara e il suo compagno per 5 notti. L'alloggio era super pulito comprese le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. L'odore di pulito in casa é rimasto per tutto il soggiorno e il materasso era comodissimo. Il monolocale é carinissimo é l'area esterna top! Ci siamo rilassati tantissimo perché la zona é perfetta! Inoltre abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina (parcheggio non a pagamento vicinissimo all'abitazione) e non abbiamo nemmeno dovuto usarla perché l'abitazione é in una zona strategica per fare qualsiasi cosa a piedi. Il lungomare é raggiungibile ad appena 15 minuti esatti a piedi e si può raggiungere una bellissima spiaggia libera in cui si possono addirittura noleggiare lettini e ombrellone. Sara e il suo compagno sono simpaticissimi e davvero dolcissimi. Abbiamo avuto la nostra privacy ma ci ha fatto un immenso piacere fermarci ogni tanto a chiacchierare con loro. Sono persone speciali come poche! Sicuramente torneremo sempre da loro! Grazie di cuore!!!!!

Ho trascorso 4 giorni di totale relax immersa nella natura in questa bellissima casa nel bosco insieme alle mie 2 cagnoline e siamo state tutte benissimo ! La casetta di recente ristrutturazione è molto accogliente e dispone di tutto quello che occorre. Inoltre, essendo una vecchia casa contadina , mantiene una temperatura sempre fresca che in questi giorni di grande calore è stata molto apprezzata (ah la saggezza contadina!) . Molto apprezzata anche l’amaca e la doccia sospesa sul bosco … che meraviglia ! Purtroppo non ho avuto occasione di utilizzare il barbecue, ma siccome certamente tornerò in questo piccolo paradiso , di certo nella prossima occasione non mancherò di farlo. Bellissimi i luoghi circostanti , meravigliosi boschi prati laghi fiumi torrenti ed anche i piccoli centri abitati che si incontrano e che mantengono il fascino di luoghi autentici . Ringrazio Maurizio e sua moglie per l’accoglienza la cura e la disponibilità . A presto!

Rosanna e Dino non sono solo dei Superhost, sono dei Megahost! Siamo stati benissimo nel loro alloggio, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per tutte le nostre richieste (ci hanno fatto trovare una spettacolare crostata fatta in casa come benvenuto che abbiamo fatto fuori nel giro di qualche ora)... bellissima casa con terrazzo con vista sulle Alpi Liguri e Piemontesi (il Monviso in particolare spicca stagliato come un Re su tutte le altre vette), la location è decisamente unica se siete appassionati di natura ed escursionismo (ci sono dei sentieri molto ben curati a 2 passi dalla casa), insomma, che dire... torneremo sicuramente in primavera per apprezzare ancora di più questo posto magico, grazie ancora a Rosanna e Dino per la loro unica ospitalità!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, wir waren zu viert dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Teresa ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig (Treppenhaus und Zug). Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber wenn man empfindlich ist, könnte man sich vielleicht ärgern. Um zum Meer zu kommen, geht man kurz die Strasse hinunter und dann über eine kleine Brücke über die Gleise – barfuß also eher nicht :) Es ist aber wirklich nicht weit und dann wahnsinnig schön! Auch für den Sonnenuntergang. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne Tage bei Lalla. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lalla hatte jede Menge guter Tipps in einem Buch festgehalten z.B. die Bus-Fahrzeiten und sie war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Das Haus liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral, von der Terrasse aus kann man das Meer sehen und gemütliche Abende verbringen. Wir sind meist runter gelaufen und haben auf dem Rückweg den Bus genutzt, der regelmäßig fährt. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder. Vielen Dank Lalla!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuit, le calme, la bonne litterie, les petites attentions, le jardin, merci Mondino ! Juste attention aux voitures basses pour entrer le parking ( il y a un creux ). Suggestion de laisser une plaque pour faire un pont.

Un’esperienza bellissima e particolare al ritorno da una gita a Genova. La casa è immersa in un bosco silenzioso, ma è ben fornita di ogni comfort, pulita e nuova. Connessione Wi-Fi super funzionante, accessori cucina, elettrodomestici top, in casa non manca proprio niente. Giorgio ottimo host puntuale nelle risposte gentile e disponibile. Speriamo di tornare presto ! Grazie

Ottima soluzione per le nostre necessità di spostamento a piedi (vicinissimo a Acquario e Città dei bambini). molto apprezzata l'attenzione ai bambini con confort pensati per loro (accessori pappa, giochi, ...). host consigliato!
