When we arrived the first impression of the place was very welcoming. When we walked in we felt right at home. The home was welcoming, clean and looked just like the photos. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was very important to us. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Airbnb.

This is located 3.5 miles from Hillcrest Medical Center which was perfect for our stay. We were in town for my dad’s surgery. The house was perfect in all ways. Very spacious, very clean and easy access to everything. I had a personal hiccup with the surgeons office that caused our stay to be extended. I reached out to Jody and she was beyond accommodating. So very THANKFUL. Highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very spacious and open for my nephew in a wheelchair. Michelle communicated with us the whole stay, making sure everything was good. The area was safe and peaceful. Very nice neighborhood.

This is our second time staying there. The location is perfect for my husband and I for visiting our son and family. The private and convenient parking makes it so easy to navigate. The walk in shower is great too. Affordable and Samuel is a great host.

Pepperli's commitment to offering a comfortable, beautiful home is so evident. Her attention to detail is noteworthy from the beautiful aesthetic of each room to the creature comforts you may need while there (think toothbrushes, fully stocked kitchen, cozy blankets, etc.). Also special about the place is how private it feels in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Our travel plans changed a few times after booking and each time I needed to communicate the changes to Pepperli she responded quickly and graciously. We really appreciated this! This is an exceptional find and Pepperli has earned her Super Host status!

Jenny was great. I was in town for a show at Mahalls. This place is right on the main drag so it is in walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Heather’s place was exactly as described in the listing and she was a spectacular host. She was very responsive to messages and accommodating to us and our three dogs. They loved being able to come on this trip with us. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to travel with their furry companions. Great host offering a place with a great value. We had a very relaxing 2-night stay at Kyle and Alo’s place. The road is a bit busy and you can definitely hear upstairs neighbors (as noted in the listing), but honestly we would stay again in a heartbeat! Very comfortable, homey and clean. We’re so grateful for all the thoughtful details and felt very comfortable with our 2.5 year old moving about. It’s set up wonderfully and they were incredibly responsive and kind to our questions.

I spent one night here, as a break between two stints of a very long drive. It was good! Cute decor, comfy couch and bed. Responsive, helpful host.

Great value, great location, the building itself is a little dirty and run down but not bad enough that it should deter anyone from staying here. The biggest concern was that from after 10p on Saturday there were a few shady people sort of congregating right at the main door, smoking and clearly intoxicated, and they were obstructing the security screen to enter, which was needlessly stressful as I did need to ask them to please move but still had them hanging over me as I entered the code ... I was then hit up for money in that vulnerable position ... I don't hold this against the host, but I can tell this is a building full of Airbnb properties. I'd hope they'd group together to figure out how to make the property entrance feel more secure. As I was here on my own this trip, no concerns but if I were with my partner, I would have been a bit worried of a confrontation and a little embarrassed. I'd still chance it again however, families should be aware as it was a bit unsavory.
