The apartment has open plan living with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms The Eaves is perfect for exploring Exmoor National Park renowned for its wildlife, dark sky reserve, harbour, restaurants and pubs. Lynton and Lynmouth has something for everyone.

Dog friendly (3) with fenced garden and 2 parking spaces. Hawthorn Cottage is located within a short walk of moorland, whilst Lynton is a 5 min drive. North Devon coast resorts are easily accessible. Lots of activities. Book neighbouring Bramble Cottage (4 guests) for larger groups.

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The Sea Shack really is something quite special. It enjoys some of the best views on the farm of the beautiful North Devon coastline and – on a clear day – Wales! The Shack is kitted out with everything for an exceptionally comfortable stay. A fully plumbed in bathroom, mini kitchen, heating, wood stove, seating area and a comfy fold down double bed with stargazer roof window.    Set in a quiet private location, the Shack has various seating options, a wood fired hot tub and BBQ/firepit.

The open-plan living area includes a log-burning stove and opens onto a terrace that stays warm and bright throughout the afternoon. The master bedroom has its own terrace which is ideal for fresh air and quiet moments outdoors. With two bedrooms, a family bathroom and an additional WC, Watersmeet Point is perfect for unwinding in nature.

RECENTLY RENOVATED. Swallow cottage is a well equipped cosy cottage with everything you could need for a fabulous holiday. It is set within the Exmoor National park and the moors are literally on your doorstep. It has a dog proof garden and a doggy play barn. The garden has outside table and chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful views over the moorland on one side and the sea on the other. We are not offering manicured lawns and corporate style holiday units but a piece of wild Exmoor

Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

Sea View Glamping Pod: Parracombe

For those wanting to switch off and embrace the stunning, spectacular, surroundings and natural environment, or those new to camping that want to get out into the great outdoors, with a few home comforts our Glamping pods could be just what you are hoping for. Our wooden, heated pods, provide a comfortable alternative to being under canvas. The Pod has a double bed and a sofa bed, kettle and small fridge. Linen and Towels are Available to Hire, subject to a charge and availability.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from two good Pubs, The Staghunters Inn & The Rockford Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway!
