The location and accommodations were beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating to us — they went out of their way to help us out with dinner scheduling and breakfast. Highly recommend!

If you want to have a peaceful, quiet and relaxing place. This place suits you. The place is just 12mins.walk from a Mochi Factory wherein you can have a tour on how to make a Mochi and buy it as well. Also, it’s near from the shopping mall. Just a one bus stop away. The host can communicate well and she even offered a ride.

小管家很貼心，入住也很滿意，環境超級美，還有廚房可以下廚！為了幫妹妹慶生還幫忙代買了蛋糕，實在很感謝🙏🏼，有機會會再來的，謝謝！

地板非常乾淨，衛浴廚房冰箱都很乾淨，全部都打掃的一塵不染，很滿意 冷氣是獨立式的覺得很好，衛浴有兩間很方便，床品睡起來也舒服，地理位置方便，過個馬路就到東大門夜市，吃飯也方便，衛浴設備水壓很足，水溫調控也很精準，最滿意的是飲水裝置，超級方便！！！ 窗戶看出去的景色也很不錯 停車晚上假日可能要找一下，其他時間都算好停車

A lovely place. The house is really stylish and a pleasant place to be, the kitchen is well furnished for whatever you need, the location is perfect for exploring Hualien, and being able to park the car there was really helpful. Our Hualien holiday was a dream, and that is largely because we had a place that felt like home we could come back to and relax. Highly recommend

房子整棟都很乾淨整潔，設備和衛浴用品應有盡有。環境清幽離火車站近，停車方便，附近也有早餐店和711，非常便利。每個房間都有足夠的空間，廚房該有的都有，鍋具不夠時Jenny也會熱心提供。 過年期間包棟和家人過年，Jenny非常幫忙，有問題和需要都會盡全力幫我們，真是非常感謝！

We absolutely loved our stay at Nancys and Louis place! It’s sparkling clean, the view is amazing and the best of all was Nancys and Louis hospitality. We enjoyed the garden, huge kitchen (perfectly equipped) and spacious room. Thank you very much for hosting us

A very comfortable and well-equipped apartment in central Hualien with close-by parking. Tracy was very responsive to messages in advance, which was helpful. Very well situated in central Hualien. Within walking distance of everything we were keen to see and do. Great place to stay for exploring Taroko (we hired a car from Easy Rent, which is located near the train station). The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We stayed in the apartment that sleeps five (although just two of us), so the place felt very generously sized. Would otherwise work well for a family or v close friends who didn't mind sharing the same room. For those inclined, recommend an early morning run along the river and around to the coastal path. Thanks for being great hosts.
