Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Sibari

10 napot töltöttünk az apartmanban, otthonosan éreztük magunkat. Az apartman nagyon tiszta és kényelmes volt, csendes helyen, de mégis közel a centrumhoz, ugyanakkor a tengerhez is. Részletes leírást kaptunk a megtaláláshoz és a becsekkoláshoz, az első napokban voltak kérdéseink, amire szinte azonnal választ kaptunk. A szállás abszolút ár/érték arányos, javaslom mindenkinek, aki Calabria Trebisacce környékét szeretné megnézni és kényelmes, otthonos szállást keres.

Irene e Vittorio sono stati padroni di casa discreti, ci hanno lasciato piena libertà di azione e sono stati sempre disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste (dal sapone per bucato alle presine da cucina). La biancheria (lenzuola e asciugamani) era profumata e a metà del soggiorno è stata interamente sostituita. Ci sono stati forniti cuscini extra (nuovi, sotto vuoto). Il giardino è curatissimo e ideale per far giocare i bambini in sicurezza (ci è stata prestata anche un'altalena dei loro nipotini). Il silenzio che consente di sentire il rumore del mare a pochi metri non ha prezzo. Disponibili stoviglie di ogni genere (piatti, ciotole, vassoi, bicchieri, mestoli e posate in abbondanza). Zona lavatoio e stenditoio comodissima, doppia doccia esterna nel verde, e con acqua calda, superlativa. Acqua fresca nel frigorifero e un cadeau di benvenuto all'arrivo. Avremmo prolungato il soggiorno ma la casa era già prenotata da altri ospiti. Torneremo sicuramente, 10 e lode agli hosts.

Just the place in itself was more beautiful. I'm very well, kept then the photos even let on. the view is spectacular, almost picturesque. To a point you feel like you're dreaming when you wake up. i myself did not have a car and they helped me with groceries a couple times which is above and beyond what I ever expected, it was very gracious of them. Any questions that I had were answered very promptly and very politely. i never felt that it was a bother to write them if I had a question about local activities etc. i found almost everyone there very polite and helpful and anything that I needed or wanted to ask. The place is truly tranquil and I do miss staying there very much. doing that trip by myself. I was pretty much terrified, but I felt right at home once.I settled in. And the feeling of being rightRight at home was something that I needed, and it's something I think everyone on a holiday needs. I do highly recommend this place.And I intend to go back as soon as I can. 👍

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Thank you for being so attentive and responsive to all our questions, Nicola. Our time was perfect.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert in die Wohnung eingeführt: Reichlich Wasser und Kaffee standen für uns bereit. 2 Balkone (Nordwest bzw. um Eck Nordost mit Blick aufs Meer, Südwest bzw. Südost ums Eck mit Blick auf die Bergketten) luden ein, das Frühstück, ein Sonnenbad oder den Abendausklang zu genießen. Die Einrichtung ließ keinen Wunsch offen (s. Beschreibung). Hunde, Katzen, Hühner in der Nachbarschaft vermitteln ein ländliches Flair. Fabrizio Piccolo war für uns der Ausgangspunkt für viele kurzweilige Unternehmungen (Nahbereich: Rossano und Corigliano - enge Altstädte in Hanglage, Sibari mit dem Archäologischen Park; Fernbereich: Camigliatello Silano im herrlichen Sila-Nationalpark). Ein Auto ist für das Quartier empfehlenswert, genügend Parkraum steht am Haus, gelegen an einer Sackgasse, zur Verfügung. Der Abschied, unkompliziert arrangiert, fiel uns schwer.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house located directly on a perfect sandy beach with sunset views and calm warm water for swimming. Great wifi, Netflix TV Fantastic well furnished patio for dining and sunbathing, relaxing, with a great outdoor hot shower, BBQ, umbrellas etc. Viviana is a lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed, her welcome pizza and snacks were much appreciated as were her great restaurant recommendations. the nearby ruins were worth the visit and dining options in Bellevedere and Diamante are plentiful . we were 4 adults who loved our week at Vivianas Beach house

Bellissima villetta immersa nel verde ed a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia, in un villaggio recintato e sorvegliato, gode di ottimi spazi esterni attrezzati e fruibili tutto l'anno. Ci siamo stati per le vacanze pasquali ed il ponte con il 25 aprile ed abbiamo trovato la posizione ottima anche per visitare Taranto, Alberobello, Matera, Metaponto. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo anche perché l'host Nicola è molto disponibile e ci ha fatto trovare la villa davvero fornita di tutto: dal caffè al carbone per il barbecue esterno. Non si poteva chiedere di meglio per una famiglia di 4 persone con bambine al seguito.

Appartamento su due piani completo di tutto il necessario situato all'interno di un residence con piscina, ottima la comunicazione in quanto l'host è in loco. Il centro di Scalea dista un paio di minuti di macchina. Consigliato

Ontzettend lux en groot huis met drie slaapkamers met ieder eigen volwaardige badkamer. Niet vergeten het schittend zwembad maar ook functioneel met bijna 3m diep gedeelte en ondiep “infinity” overstroom deel. Vergeet ik bijna de tuin met mooie palmboom, olijfbomen en bloemrijke planten. Heerlijk op het terras ontbijten en dan 09:15 in de ochtend zon. Super huis.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Matteos Wohnung. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt, einen super gepflegten Garten und eine riesen Terrasse mit toller Ausstattung (Liegestühle, Tisch mit Stühlen, Loungesessel). Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet von Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder, Fliegenschutzgitter, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum bis hin zu Wechseldecken. Die Komminikation mit Matteo war sehr einfach, schnell und freundlich. Self Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Strandabschnitt mit Promenade ist sehr schön und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Très belle vue sur la mer, plage au pied de l'immeuble. Appartement fonctionnel avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Ventilateurs à disposition mais la climatisation serait appréciable. Hôte et son compagnon super accueillants. A proximité à pied : restaurants, bars, épicerie, boucherie.

Consiglio vivamente intorno tante cose belle da scoprire posizione della casa a tutto il necesario intorno supermercato farmacia panetteria davanti una spiaggia molto tranquilla noi siamo stati molto bene la disponibilità di Giovanni sempre presente!! 😊casa molto comoda e pulita come descritto.

Posto incantevole , mare stupendo , con accesso ad una spiaggetta di sassolini quasi ad uso privato , Amelia e Gaetano ci hanno accolti come si accoglie una persona di famiglia , dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie oer trascorrere nel miglior modo la nostra vacanza , cordiali e mai invasivi , ci ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno

I really liked Giulio apartment in Taranto. It is spacious and cozy, with everything you need for a great stay. It is well-located in the best part of the city, close to the Aragonese Castle and the main streets, surrounded by good restaurants, a market, and everything you need in the city. I highly recommend it.

Host gentilissimo e disponibile: ci ha accolto personalmente. La casa è molto pulita, ordinata ed arredata con gusto. I condizionatori, le zanzariere ed il ventilatore ci hanno salvato. Abbiamo molto apprezzato lo spazio all'esterno dove spono presenti, oltre allo stendino, un'altra cucina ed un grande frigorifero. La presenza di asciugamani, lenzuola e saponi permette di arrivare più leggeri. Non ha un parcheggio privato, quindi è importante arrivare preparati per lo scarico ed il carico dei bagagli sul posto prima di trovare un parcheggio altrove. Tuttavia la sua posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal lungomare e dalla stazione dei treni, permette di muoversi a piedi tra l'arrivo e la partenza. Una soluzione ideale, a mio avviso, per una famiglia di quattro persone o due coppie.

È una abitazione posizionata immediatamente sopra una spiaggetta minuta ed incantevole con acque cristalline, con una vista sul golfo di Policasto ineguagliabile ad ogni momento del giorno. La villa è accogliente, con ampi spazi sia coperti sia all’aperto, dotata di arredi molto originali che ben fan comprendere il buon gusto dei proprietari. L’abitazione è dotata di autorimessa fresca e posto auto esterno che, vista la posizione, sono un plus. Le due stanze da letto più importanti hanno in dotazione materassi comodi come quelli di casa propria ( le altre non le abbiamo utilizzate ), le dotazioni della cucina sono piuttosto complete e consentono di preparare pietanze senza difficoltà, comodo d’estate il secondo frigorifero esterno. All’esterno vi è anche una doccia molto utile per togliersi il sale al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Il giardino, che contorna la casa, è una piccola osai di pace, con ulivi, carrubi, buganvillee, cicas e …. Scoiattoli che visitano i carrubi in cerca di cibo. Ora passiamo all’host, la Sig.ra Giorgia è premurosa, estremamente cortese e gentile ma anche discreta. Ci ha dato delle indicazioni molto utili per vivere al meglio le spiagge ed i luoghi vicini alla casa e ci ha consentito di godere al meglio la vacanza, suggerendoci dove fare acquisti alimentari, dove poter gustare un ottima cena e via discorrendo. In sintesi la vacanza è stata favolosa, il mare e le spiagge del circondario sono meravilgiose e l’accoglienza difficilmente eguagliabile grazie ancora Giorgia Lau e Bro e la piccola cockerina Sofy

l'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. all'interno dell'appartamento è presente il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza dalle lenzuola, asciugamani e prodotti per la pulizia. sono sempre disponibili rispondendo sia prima che durante il soggiorno. valuterò sicuramente di ritornare soprattutto se verranno sistemate le tapparelle con qui ho avuto qualche problema.

In a word wonderful. We were the worst guests, late to checkin and with large suitcases but thanks to Alessia’s patience and her dad, Claudio’s graciousness our checkin went smoothly. We could not have been better taken care of. Although you can walk to the dock where the boat is the best way is to have Claudio motor you and bags in his dingy. The boat is as advertised, very clean and everything in working order. The port area is both lively with boaters and diners but also quiet at night. It was a warm night for us but the AC kept us very comfortable. All in all it was a fun experience and highly recommended!
