I work in Indonesia and visit regularly, but this was my family's first visit to Indonesia so I wanted them to have a flawless experience and you delivered! The view and private infinity pool were highlights, along with the perfectly appointed Javanese villa. What was an extra surprise was the quality of the food and convenience of being to order any time of day to eat as a family at the villa's dining table watching the view, as the rice harvest was in full swing. rumah bagus, lengkap dan nyaman. AC dingin, air panas bagus, ada mesin cuci, ada jemuran. ada meja makan dg kursi kursi makan, ini sangat menyenangkan. hanya sayang rumah berada di jalan agak kecil, dan tetangga sekitar parkir mobil dijalan, membuat keluar masuk kendaraan agak sedikit perlu usaha. selebihnya semua bagus, pemilik ramah dan staff ramah. sangat membantu. untuk rumah sangat menyenangkan.

I’m someone who looks for a serene place to stay that’s not too far from Yogyakarta City Center, while also being budget-friendly. I don’t need over-the-top facilities, so this place was perfect for me. Everything about this place felt “just right.” It’s just right for two people—especially couples. It’s just right for getting a quiet, restful break after a long, busy day exploring crowded Yogyakarta. The breakfast is just right to start your day, the atmosphere is perfect for those who enjoy calm and tranquility, and the distance from the city center is just right—you can easily get there using an online taxi. Mas Rifqi, the (future super)host, is very responsive, kind, and helpful. He also provides extra services you might need during your stay, such as bike rentals, massage arrangements, and more. Perhaps in the future, the key system could be upgraded to a modern one, like a card-based system. Also, the bedroom door handle could be fixed, as it couldn’t be locked properly.

Pengalam baru dirumah ka’Ari… suasana sekitar sangat tenang. Sangat membantu untuk singgah dengan keperluan bisnis, flexible untuk ci co. Terimakasih atas keramahan tamahannya.

Last minute decision to find a place to sleep just for one night. Feel so lucky to find this place for 8 adults. Rooms are big and each rooms have its own bathroom. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again. Venni is responsive and friendly. Overall 5 stars.

Villa Verde was nice and beautiful. When you're arrived it feels so peaceful.. the pool was very nice. I love staying in here. The ameneties was compelete and perfect. The coffee was nice. The villa was so aesthetic. I think it would be great if the Villa provide in room service for dinner or breakfast. Overall i loveeeee staying in villa verde. Definitely will come back!!🌴💚 very recommended (the most important thing is it's not that expensive for the amazing Villa!).

Rumahnya bersih, peralatan lengkap dan nilai plusnya pemandangannya cantik, ada sawah di belakang & bisa kelihatan gunung merapi kalau pagi 👍

Oemah Kumbakarna ini mungkin akan selalu jadi tempat kalau singgah lagi di Jogja jika berbanyak. Pelayanannya keren, tempatnya luas (parkiran bisa 6-7 mobil), gak terlalu jauh juga dengan pusat kota.
