Quant, lock off one bedroom guest suite in beautiful neighborhood in Merced! -Separate entrance - Entire suite - 1 bed 1 bath with a living room, kitchen and a laundry room - Beautifully decorated - Clean and cozy The guest suite shares 2 common walls with the main house which are not soundproofed. You may hear the sounds from the main house, we have a sound machine in the bedroom to help block it, but not sure about the result. Please do not book this place if that bothers you. Thank you! :)

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). They each have a queen bed, a 40” television with DirecTV and a desk with chair. The living room has two couches that make into two double beds and a 65” television with DirecTV & DVD player. The Cottage includes a full kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, tableware and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees.

If you want a truly unique experience, my place makes you feel as though you are still in Yosemite after you have returned from your day.
