Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. A short walk to the beach and you can enjoy beach combing, wading in the river and dining in the charming village. We're minutes away from hiking, kayaking, fishing, shopping and wine tasting in other nearby towns.

"The Eagles Nest" Cozy Cottage by the Bay-

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

Main room has a King Bed with Kitchenette ,Electric Fireplace, Sofa , Peacock TV and dining table. There is a Bathroom with Shower, Bedroom has a Queen Bed and minifridge/freezer. Kitchenette has salt,pepper,oil, utensils,dishes,cookware,mini oven,Instapot,toaster microwave, Minifridge, two burner stove, drip coffee maker.

The ocean view! That's what this property is all about. Sitting more than 150 feet above Beverly Beach with windows looking west, the views are incredible. With rolling waves and the possibility of spotting whales, this is the place! This is a house that we have recently purchased. The only thing that has remained in the house is the kitchen cabinets, stove, oven, and microwave. Everything else is new! The views are spectacular, that is what this house is about.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. We are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead. AND ... This winter there major floods in our area and we have no access to our dock or to the river at this time. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it might not be completed by your requested dates. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to the river.
