We're minutes away from hiking, kayaking, fishing, shopping and wine tasting in other nearby towns.

These historic cottages were built in 1910 as summer cottages and retain their original charm. There are very few of these original cottages left! Walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, performing arts, visual arts, galleries, shopping and pubs...this place has it all! Sunsets here are breathtaking.

World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock closed! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.
