Joanne has been a great host from booking all the way to check out. She has communicated with us all throughout the stay. She was kind enough to give us a flexible check in and check out time. The place was as described on the listing and instructions were quite clear as to what’s what. My family and friends had a wonderful time.

Daniel gave a thorough intro message of specifics the day of on top of what was already so clearly laid out. The property was beautiful with access to so many activity options. House is clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the dock which had a great selection of furniture and sun/shade options. The beach is a close walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will likely be back to enjoy the space again!

Wonderful cottage, in a perfect location. Gorgeous and peaceful lake front, with a bon fire spot overlooking it. Everything was nearly brand new (appliances, large tv, hot tub, bbq) Kayaks were great to use to explore the Lake. Friendly general store 5 mins away. Amazing sunset. Foosball. Don’t hesitate.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Michelle gave very detailed instructions which helped. The hot tub and sauna was a bonus. Michelle responded to any questions very quickly and was very friendly. Gravenhurst is a cute little town, it has everything you need. I would love to stay again!

Jason’s place is perfect! A great clean home with everything you need. Large property right on the water. Gazebos, hot tub, large deck with water view. We had a fabulous week!

What a gorgeous cottage with a breathtaking outdoor space! The perfect getaway with everything we could need! We loved the proximity to boutique shopping in Bobcaygeon and Lakefield, reading on the deck, the coffee nook and dining room for meals overlooking the lake and watching the sunrise from the hottub each morning. We were especially grateful to have been able to get away to such a clean, peaceful spot with our golden retrievers in tow :)

We had a great time at the woody cottage! We stayed for 4 days in the second week of may and were extremely lucky to have such amazing weather! We were excited to be in the beautiful Muskoka region and with soooo much space for family and activities! (There’s even a secret play room, good luck finding it, we didn’t till our last day lol ). Although we were sad to hear that the dock is not put in until later on in the summer months as well as about the outdoor table being broken due to an ice storm in the winter we were greeted by a kind member of the team who offered to help us move around other furniture to the outside to resolve the situation! While there are some minor improvements we could suggest to elevate the Woody Cottage, we did truly feel like home and even had the opportunity to connect with some kind neighbours while out for a paddle on the lake. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did and thank you again to Christine and Rebecca!

This is a beautiful place to stay, right on the lake with an amazing view, and a friendly beaver right next door! Our highlights were the hot tub, the fire pit and kayaking on the lake. This spot would be amazing in the Summer. The house is clean and well set up, the 2 downstairs bedrooms are small but just fine for sleeping. There is plenty of room in the rest of the house.

We had a wonderful 10-night stay! The house is even better than how it seems in the pictures. Right on the lake, with a wall of large windows facing the lake directly. Washroom has a big bathtub and another large window facing the lake. The balcony and dock are right outside. The house is very well-stocked, and has a fully functional kitchen (good enough for actually living there). Bryan and Pam were quickly responsive and kind, and also generously accommodated an extra request of ours. Neighbors are close, but the windows facing them have curtains, and it feels private. We can't wait to come again!

Beautiful and peaceful lakeside cottage! We had a great stay. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. It was very spacious and had good amenities.

We are a family of four with two young kids, and the stay in Azar’s peaceful waters cottage was great. The cottage is beautiful, decorated in very good taste, perfectly equipped and feels very homey. It is very clear that many details have been thought of to make it extremely friendly for guests, particularly for families (for example, there were spare change of sheets in the children’s bedrooms). We stayed there during a snowstorm weekend, so there we didn’t do a lot of travel around the area, but just staying in and hanging around the cottage was beautiful and very enjoyable. The location is very private and quiet. It is a perfect place for families. We would definitely come back to Azar’s cottage to visit the area at other seasons as well.

Josh and Alyssa are great hosts. They are friendly and responsive, and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Their place is set up well, with lots of things to do inside and out. Not to mention, their rates are very reasonable. I would recommend staying with them.

My family and I had a wonderful getaway at York Riverscape. The cottage was well stocked with all the essentials. We especially loved not having to bring our own bedding and towels. The kids had a blast with the foosball table: Julie and Roger were responsive hosts and their cottage was exactly as described. We plan to return in the future.

Jesse was amazing throughout the whole trip! Prior to the stay, he was very responsive and informative. During our stay, he was always one message away whenever we needed him for something. He also went above and beyond by checking up on us to ensure that we were having a great time. The waterfront cottage was also amazing! The place was extremely beautiful and cozy. The cottage was very clean and it was very spacious. The backyard deck was large with an easily accessible fireplace and hot tub. This cottage also had canoes, kayaks, and lots of board games, which kept us very busy and entertained at all times! Basically, anything you would want or expect from a cottage during the warm seasons was available at this cottage! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun getaway! I would also definitely come back!

Had an amazing experience with the property. They took care of the tiniest details to give us all the comfort possible. Lots of board games, snorkeling equipment, extra linens, towels, super clean home. It just made our weekend an amazing one. Definitely chooding the property again. Our cottage stay was the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. From kayaking on the nearby lake, hiking scenic trails, to late-night board games and bonfires under the stars, every day was packed with activities we loved. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and fully stocked, making it easy to unwind after an active day. It was a well-spent getaway full of memories. we can’t wait to go back! Thomas and Tom were very accommodating hosts.

Tammy was the sweetest, most helpful hist to my parents. I booked this place for their 1 year anniversary weekend and they were in love. She left them a cute note and got them a bottle of wine to celebrate. They loved the space so much and felt right at home and didn't want to leave. Tammy thank you SO much for your hospitality and taking such good care of my parents. They will absolutely be back!!

It's a very cute and peaceful place to stay. It's surrounded by lots of foliage to ensure privacy, and I love all the small touches around the place. I would definitely love to come back in the summertime to experience all the trails and conservation areas.

Once again we had a great stay! This was our second year staying at Kunals' place and it was just as we expected. Kunal went above and beyond to accomodate us. Unfortunately a wk. before, due to a bad storm, the liner of the pool was damaged so the pool was inoperable. This is one of the main highlights of Kunals' place for us so it was a little disheartening because we were there for 8 days...HOWEVER, once again Kunal came through!! He purchased an 18ft back up pool and had it assembled and ready to go for our arrival so that we could still enjoy a pool!! My sister and I had a great time, enjoyed the peace and quiet and would stay at Kunals place over an all inclusive Carribbean trip anyday! House was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Kunal gave us late checkout which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely be doing an extended stay next summer and are so looking forward to it! Thanks Kunal, you are a great host and we thank you for being so accomodating!!

We had a fantastic three-day stay at a lovely cottage in Minden Hills, Ontario, to celebrate the New Year. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the peaceful surroundings and the picturesque winter landscape. The cottage was cozy, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. One of the highlights of our experience was how responsive and helpful Paul was. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, he was quick to reply and always made sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness added a personal touch that truly elevated our trip. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and access to nearby trails for winter walks. We spent our evenings relaxing by the fire and enjoying the quiet beauty of the snowy woods. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals, and the thoughtful details throughout the cottage made us feel right at home. Thank you paul for everything - can’t wait to return

Mihaela's cottage was a lovely little place surrounded by trees. Despite its location deep down the cottage roads, it took less than 15 minutes to drive wherever we needed to go (Buckhorn, Bobcaygeon, Kawartha Highlands Signature Park). The cottage itself was comfortable and clean, but we especially enjoyed the lovely firepit and jacuzzi 😄 Mihaela was also a responsive and understanding host, leaving plenty of clear instructions and responding to questions in record time. Overall we had a great stay and I would happily recommend this cottage to others!

We had a totally wonderful long weekend getaway at Jeff & Karen's cottage. The communication with our hosts was perfect from the time of booking until our checkout. When we arrived, we were thrilled to find that the place was even more beautiful than the pictures. The views overlooking Lazy River, the living room area and the kitchen was our favorite, but everything else was impeccable as well. The beds were comfy, the entire cottage was very clean and we found everything we needed under our hands. What we all loved most about the cottage was its character and the little details that showed that the hosts truly cared about the place. The bedroom colors, living room decorations where all those colors came together in the cushions, ornaments etc. was so clever and elegant. The vinyl collection, the guitar and the board games added a nice touch to our stay. We were also fortunate to do some canoeing in the river to enjoy the tranquility. What more can I say, we'd love to come back soon!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property, has everything you need. We stayed the week of valentines and couldn’t have asked for more. I could only imagine how perfect it would be in the summer with the water sports and many other amenities this property offers. Erika and Adam were kind and responsive and helped us with all our needs!! Definitely would go again.
