Our home is special for its location providing easy summer access to water on the Deschutes River and easy winter access to snowy adventures on Mt Bachelor. Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

Christmas Valley High Desert Base Camp

Nestled in high desert sage, our 700 sq ft stick built, well insulated cabin is 3 miles from the farming community of Christmas Valley. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen and dining room with a view to the south of the Black Hills and what we refer to as Cowboy and Indian ridge. The dirt street is quiet and the home is equipped with common amenities. The property is fenced on 3 sids. It's private and has served as a perfect base camp for folks just wanting to experience the high desert.

River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

Creekside Beaver Cabin

Kayaks, nature & internet at this modern Creekside retreat! Gateway to Crater Lake National Park, the Klamath Basin & Diamond Lake this cabin is a gem offering a peaceful getaway with 3 bedrooms & 3 bath. Beautiful interior, clean, comfortable with everything you need for respite or basecamp for adventure! Fully stocked kitchen & BBQ await! Washer, dryer in house! The dock & kayaks are for guest use & shared with our cottage next door. Eagles, ducks, beavers & more just outside the door!

This place is an amazing two story log cabin in rural outback Oregon... wildlife refuge, pictographs, hot spring, Fremont wilderness area, wild life, cowboys, hunting, fishing, boating, swimming ...etc. are within 30 minutes. It is in dark sky country, you can see the Milky Way with your naked eyes from the back porch. I find peace and beauty in the surrounding landscape. The house is beautiful and comfortable inside out, fully equipped on 1800 SF.

Crescent Butte Barndominium with Disc Golf

Our 2 bed, 2 bath Bardominium is filled with extras including a sledding hill, snowshoeing on the property, private 9 hole disc golf course and a Level 2 EV Charger. Enjoy the view of Diamond Peak, hiking in the Gilchrist State Forest right out the door. We are about 45 miles to the N. entrance of Crater Lake. The "Barn" is perfect for 2 couples, or families. Welcome to "Aspen Lake". In Christmas Valley. 2 bedroom, 1 bath single wide manufactured home, completely remodeled. Nestled in a grove of Aspen trees, on the lake. Enjoy the beautiful views, ducks, geese, many other birds and deer. Very peaceful and serene. There is a canoe and kayaks for your use on site, horseshoe pits, and fire pit (closed June-sep) Please bring your own wood. Please keep it small and don't use if windy.

Cozy Getaway in the Pines

Located between La Pine and Crescent in a very quiet and private neighborhood. The property sits on one acre and is easily accessible by a paved road. A fire pit is available for use (wood supplied).
