I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt incredibly welcoming. It had all the little touches that make a stay feel special—fresh towels, coffee and tea, and even a welcome note! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to everything I needed. Whether I wanted to relax or head out exploring, it was the best of both worlds. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. They provided helpful local tips and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our experience staying with Leigh and Rob was absolutely fantastic. The AirBNB was exactly what was presented in the photos, with an easy to use kitchen, comfortable furniture and towels and face towels set out for us at arrival. Prior to check-in, they provided us with a comprehensive list of everything there was to see and do in the neighbourhood. We went to the Peninsula Hot Springs and one of their recommended brunch spots. It was very easy to get into the apartment itself, and the location was very close to the beach, a grocery store, some cafes and a number of restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Great beach house for a Phillip Island stay. A manageable walk to beach and shops. Fully fenced for our dog. Perfect place for a family with a pet.

Darren's place was exactly like the pictures, it was such a great place in a great location, it was clean and he provided loads of towels and bedding and I couldn't recommend Darren's place enough!

This was a perfect getaway for our family Easter. The man cave was great for our family to hangout together. It is next level! Walks to Coronet Bay, Settlement Point, The Boat Ramp and for coffee to Fig and Bay are right at the end of the street. This property is really secure for pets and caters for anything your dog could need. Thanks

Killy Dora was immaculately presented. The kitchen was well stocked, we wanted for nothing. Every room was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of televisions to amuse multi aged families. There was a great set up for wheel chair access, a ramp for entry, great access to the kitchen/dining area, main bedroom and ensuite. If in an electric scooter style wheel chair, aid may need to be given when using the toilet as there is only a hand rail on one side of the toilet and the distance from the wall to the toilet is a little tight. But this will vary depending on the size of the wheel chair used and may not be an issue for everyone. The rear yard was a great size. Plenty of room for children to play, room to turn the car around and space for the dogs to run. The only issue we had was that the rear yard was not secure for medium to large dogs, so we had to be with our dog all of the time and could not have left her unattended in the yard. We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a great time with family. The house was well presented, cosy, clean and super functional. A bit of a walk to town but easy beach access. Would recommend.

The house had everything we needed for a stay with two families and grandparents, plus the spa and sauna were a treat. Big yard for kids to run around in and the trampoline got lots of use! Short walk to the beach. Johanna was very responsive and pro-active as a host.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.

a great place to getaway for the weekend :) my partner and i stayed at maggie’s place for our fifth anniversary. it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. we loved the apartment’s decor and views. we also loved that everything was an easy walking distance. judy was an excellent host too :) she was so sweet and helpful!! as a first time user of airbnb, she has definitely set a high standard for hosts. :)

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
