The place was clean and the the caretaker was always responsive. The place was about 7 mins walk to vagator market and 7 mins drive to Anjuna market. It's also a 12 min walk to the beach(we didn't walk though). There is a new nightclub on the same road - Amber which was playing loud music till late night (only once) but did not bother us. The house had basic amenities but the supermarket is close by and also the caretaker provided whatever we needed. I would recommend the place esp for the location.

We stayed at Oryza by Koala in Goa and honestly, it felt like we were in Bali, not India! The space is stunning, every corner is so thoughtfully done, it was hard to stop taking pictures. The service was amazing too, super warm and helpful, and they even surprised us with the cutest little gift when we were leaving (such a sweet touch!). We had the best time and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely coming back soon!

Our stay at Staymaster Asana villa was amazing! The place was perfect for our group of 7 - plenty of space, great pool, and close to everything we wanted to visit. Benicia & Suhail was incredibly helpful, making our entire stay smooth and stress-free. They gave us contacts for car rental which was also someone very helpful. A memorable stay in Goa. Peaceful and lush green space with a private pool access is what I was looking for with my family. Close to Mapusa and other major markets of North Goa. One can easily go the beaches by self rentals car or bikes. Safe locality for late night excursions. Coming to the place it was clean had all the amenities required. Water pressure from the faucets was perfect, ample bathroom linens were provided. Mattress was super comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking. Online grocery delivery is available and restaurants also delivered to the place. Host has provided with a helper Bappi who is always available to help out and the maid comes regularly for cleaning which makes it comfortable to stay longer. Highly recommend to stay at Prashant ji's BnB if you are coming to Goa.

The villa was absolutely breathtaking. The amenities provided were beyond our expections and our entire group fell in love with the beautiful property. The mini pool was a great addition and the rooms were plush and had plenty of amenities and space to comfortably accomodate 10 people. Our host, Mrs. Sonia was very kind and helpful and even went out of her way to help us check out a bit early to make sure our schedule doesnt get delayed. Cleanliness was given utmost importance, however, it did take quite some time to clean the entire villa which kind of felt intrusive at times, but hey, we got super clean rooms and floors later, so no complains. The room on the topmost floor had no AC and the fan was pretty slow, so there was slight difficulty in sleeping there, however the other rooms were perfect and felt premium. Glasses were provided for all types of drinks and the kitchen was decked up with all utensils, which were cleaned daily in the morning. Overall, the amenities were more than we could have asked for. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and had supermarkets and wine shops very very close. There is provision for only one car, howver you can park extra cars outside which is pretty safe as the watchman has clear view of the area. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

It was very great experience staying at Rajendra’s place. It is more beautiful and cozy than pictures. Very spacious. Neat n clean kitchen, rooms and bathroom. The only issue was with bedsheet which was pale yellow color. Rest everything was best. Easy to find. Right in front of Anjuna Police station and police checkpoint. Very safe place

The place was amazing with Private and Common pool with beautiful common area! The villa was very lavish and well maintained. Quite peaceful. Also mentioning care taker (Prakash), gem of a person, he helped us for everything, booking Cab, locations, maintain cleanliness in Villa

It was a very comfortable villa and was short of nothing necessary. Caretaker was always a call away. Clean rooms and bathrooms. It is a recommendable stay!

The stay was amazing! Highly recommend booking this place. The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. We loved kayaking and exploring the local cuisine nearby. The host was wonderful—very helpful, quick to respond, and provided great guidance throughout our stay. Looking forward to visiting again. Kudos!

We had a very nice stay. The place is located in a residential area, with a great pool and very quite. The pros for this in my opinion is the respect for ones privacy and tranquility of the location. The house is very spacious, each room has a private shower and toilet so you could easily stay with friends. The pool was beautiful and just outside the house. Main plus in my opinion. You can drive with a scooter to nice restaurants in the area, just keep in mind that a car/scooter/taxi is mandatory to get around. Overall we had a nice calm stay, and Revati was communicative when needed.

Jay's place was well maintained and really cozy. The location is very good, but the small details and instructions that he left in for us were really sweet.

It was a really good place to hang out with friends in nature

We enjoyed our stay. Worked very well for our family. Downstairs is perfect for older adults. Middle floor for family with kids and upper floor for another couple. The kids loved the pool. The house is well-appointed. There is a grocery store across the street which is very convenient. Deven and rest of staff were always responsive and accommodating. We would stay again.

Kanta is a very kind person who made us feel welcome in her home. We were staying on the first floor of the house which was nice and breezy. The private balcony is great. In the evening we were having drinks together in the garden with Kanta and her husband and it was a cute village experience. Come with an open mind and you will be rewarded. Keri doesn't have a lot of tourist infrastructure and is a very laid back village, which is what we needed. You can take the ferry across to Tiracol and visit Rockshell restaurant.

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot in Goa! The location was perfect—just a short walk to Vagator beach and great local cafes. The host was super friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely come back! 🙌😁

The moment the booking was confirmed we were contacted by Riya and they even arranged an early check in for us since we have two kinds with us. It is a basic but cozy property with some great places at a walkable distance like Evas Cafe. There are lots of places to shop at just a 100-200 meters walk away. Mr. Utpal who was our caretaker was very very helpful from the time we checked in until our check out, he even helped us with booking cabs for the airport. I would definitely book this place again.

For anyone who wants to experience the REAL GOAN life, you have to book Roston’s stay. My in-laws and my family both having Goan roots and spending our childhood in Goa we were so happy to come back and reminisce old days thanks to Roston’s stay. It was peaceful, safe, clean and all things good. The beach is literally nearby and the stay is as it is shown in the photos. Roston is super helpful and always responsive. You will always feel like you are in the arms of nature at his stay with their farm animals, friendly neighbours and the continuous sound of water. I’m surely coming back with family again here. It is so peaceful.
