"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. Very spacious, great kitchen that had everything you needed plus the basics for cooking. Very modern and comfortable. Location was perfect for being just off of a main road that made the property quiet especially when enjoying the pool. Great communication with Sabrina, too!

My parents and I had the pleasure of staying a week at Cheryl's lovely house. It was very spacious. For 3 people to have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 common areas, a backyard, and electronic gate was exceptional! The air conditioning was in every room and worked perfectly. Everything was in working order and there were lovely homey touches in every room - snacks, drinks, board games, books, toys for children, swimming inflatables and noodles, etc. We were literally one block up from the gorgeous beach and some of the best restaurants (Lay Back Bar was delicious)! Frankly, everywhere we ate was fabulous. It was within easy walking distance to anything such as mini markets, taxis, buses (which run along Back Street, which is 1 block behind the house) and incredibly cheap. Cheryl was friendly, warm, responsive, & professional. The airbnb made a relaxing trip even more luxurious. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook these accommodations and gladly recommend them to future guests! Thank you Cheryl!

Jennifer’s home is gorgeous and spacious. The view is nothing short of spectacular. We were shocked even though we saw the pics. As anywhere on the island, many streets are steep when they wind their way up each mountainside to get up and over. The house is no exception as it rests on a hillside facing Little Bay. As such, be prepared with the car you rent that you’ll have to go up high-angled streets from time to time, and the home’s driveway is no exception. But once you get used to that, you’ll find a paradise on top. Let’s not forget the infinite pool! As far as hospitality, Jennifer provided detailed instructions and recommendations for us, as well as responded quickly to any questions we had. 5 stars for sure!

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

Lovely apartment in perfect spot. Close to everything. Easy communication and the pool is perfect!

Great place. Full kitchen with everything needed to eat at home, came in super handy since my kids are picky eaters. The unit was clean and spacious, AC in bedroom and kitchen. There is a large inflatable bed for extra sleeping space. Location was good, nice view of city and surrounding hills from the from and back entrance. Very close walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and fast food, safe area and unbeatable convenience. Parking on site and short drive to the beach and town of philipsburg, or if you feel adventurous we were able to walk it in 30 minutes. Bus stops also just around the corner will take you to major areas of the island and airport for only $2 USD. Shannique is very responsive should you need anything. Overall great experience, kids didnt want our vacation to end, would definitely return again!

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

The home is beautiful, great lighting, strong wifi. Great location and even better host. Just a few steps to the beach or shopping or restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay

Even though myself, and my wife did not get to meet Isa. She always answer any concerns or questions we had she gave out great recommendations for the very first time for myself and my wife to be visiting St.Maarten. Anyone that’s visiting we will recommend this place but I have to be honest. If you have kids, I will not because her place is very clean white and modern. This was a great place for myself and my wife for a honeymoon.

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

My friend and I traveled together for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. The host was an amazing person, very kind, helpful and welcoming. The accommodation was well kept, the view was breathtaking both day and night time and we didn’t get any unsafe or uncomfortable feeling at all. In conclusion I recommend this Airbnb to anyone. It was definitely an amazing experience and one to remember 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs and toys were available, which was great for the kids. The pool was beautiful and clean and there is also a kiddie pool that the kids loved. There is a little market about 100 yards from the condo which was super convenient, they have most everything you would need. Joe was great. He had us call him a few days before the trip and gave us a run down of the place. Priscilla, the housekeeper, was also great. She had already had the master bedroom cleaned when we arrived around 1, so she let us go in and change for the pool while she finished cleaning the rest of the condo. You will have no regrets renting this place. 5 stars!

Rainbow beach club is a hidden gem. We rented a car while on the island and drove all over sightseeing and checking out other locations and I have to say this is definitely one of the best locations on the island. Some of the other locations are right on the cliff to the beautiful blue water, but they do not have their own private beach, this place also has three pools that were never crowded. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants in Jordan Village as well as Maho beach. And a 20 minute drive to many other fun activities on the island. Konstantyne was incredibly responsive and gave us a great list of local places to check out all of which were amazing. I cannot wait to come back and share this place with some of our friends. I was so sad to leave. The complex is clean. People were continuously taking care of the vegetation and the pools. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I can’t say enough about the caliber of the food on the island. The place is very safe!

It was in a beautiful location. The only thing, even though the room was ready, they do make you. Wait until four o'clock to go up to the room . There is an elevator that was great. Didn't have to do those stairs.

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

the location was perfect. everything was in walking distance, the beaches the restaurants souvenir shops etc unless you wanted to go further into town then you could catch the bus or taxi on the main street. she provided a book with restaurants, excursions, beaches and more so if you can't get good service on your phone that's a plus. overall, there were no issues or concerns. I didn't have to reach out to her for anything concerning the apartment
