Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Παρέχει ένα καταπράσινο χώρο 500 τ.μ., με έναν κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για πραγματική ξεκούραση. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consist 1 big bedroom, 1 Sofa bed (double), bathroom, big fully equiped kitchen, aircondition and a balcony. The location is very convenient because you can go within 10 minutes on the best beaches (lagonissi, trani ammouda,Vourvourou etc) The village center is in a close distance by foot, where you will find, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, traditional cafes, Medical Center, police station, pharmacies, Post Office etc.

Das Apartment ist "Next To The Sea" - es befinden sich keine weiteren Häuser oder Straßen zwischen Apartment und Meer. Das Meeresrauschen begleitet Euch in den Schlaf. Der Strand ist innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar und bietet genügend Platz zum Sonnenbaden.

Epanomi is very closed to Thessaliniki and Makedonia airport!

Η παραλία βρίσκεται μπροστά στο σπιτι 1 λεπτο με τα πόδια είναι παρά πολύ μεγάλη με αμμο!! Υπάρχουν εστιατόρια σούπερ μάρκετ φαρμακειο σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά από το σπιτι !

Small but comfortable house by the sea and next to Siviri centre with 2 floors. At the lower floor there are 3 beds, 1 double and 2 single. There is a wall in between to offer more privacy between the double bed and the 2 singles. At the upper floor there is the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Only 20 meters from the sea! (or less)
