Nyrenoverad vackert premium boende i 20-tals hus. Området är lummigt men ändå nära puls och restauranger. Lägenheten ligger på första planet i ett gammalt vackert två-familjshus med egen entré. Finns endast ett sovrum med dubbelsäng som går att stänga men finns en sovalkov med en singelsäng (se foto). Går även att ordna tillfällig uppblåsbar madrass, barnsäng alt bädda i soffan som är stor (se foto). Närhet till restauranger, mataffärer, Slottskogen etc. Spårvagnshållplats ca 100 m från huset.

Reinholds Gästhus

Koppla av med hela familjen eller vännerna i detta fridfulla gästhus som ligger på vår gård. Nära till naturen med vilda djur runt husknuten. Nära till hav, sjö och shopping. Bo på landet men med ett stenkast från centrum. 25 minuter från Göteborg! Vakna upp med morgonsolen, ta en kaffe på altanen och njut av fåglarnas kvitter. Ta en tur i skogen som är berikad med bär, svamp och mysiga stigar. Avnjut middag i solnedgången! Möjlighet att ladda elbil över natten till en kostnad på 100 SEK

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Varmt välkomna till min gäststuga!

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
