The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

This is a totally private, self contained apartment with full kitchen. The house is a heritage property in historic Perth, Ontario. It's location is steps from the downtown area and the beautiful Stewart Park. The kitchen is brand new as are the 2 queen size beds. The village of A-Bay is a short walk, the quaint town of Clayton a 15 minute drive and Cape Vincent and Tibbets Point Lighthouse is 40 minutes away where Lake Ontario and The St Lawrence meet for a great sunset.
