We had an amazing stay at the Little River House, and were blown away by the stunning riverfront views and the peaceful sounds of the Skykomish River in the background. The location is perfect! The house itself was spotless, and cozy. We spent hours playing yard games, soaking in the hot tub, and lounging by the river. Can’t wait to be back!

We loved our stay in Snohomish! The house is very cozy and clean. The kitchen had everything we could need and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful place and Alec was very responsive and understanding. It was a beautiful place that had everything I need. The proximity to the neighbors was a bit closer than I anticipated but the view and accommodations were wonderful so not an issue. I would definitely book this place again.

The place was right where we needed to be. It fit the description. The house was beautiful. The chickens were super cool. It was clean had free coffee, treats & breakfast. I would definitely stay again

The first impressions from the photos was something that made us decide on starting at Jeremys Airbnb, he was so polite and responsive since the beginning, giving us clear an easy instructions to follow about the place and even checking in with us about the time we would like to separate the hot tub. Its a smart home with Alexa and other smart switches, the checking in Alexa was new for us an a nice touch. The kitchen is well equipped with tools, appliances and cleaning supplies, was more than enough to accommodate for our stay. The bathroom is nice, spacious enough and with the nice smart mirror. One of the highlights is the hot tub, as the pictures show; it is covered with a tent that makes it very comfortable and convenient, it is amazing, very relaxing and with a pretty view of the backyard nature they have, we used on the evening close to the sunset and it was beautiful. Overall, we had such a great time and we were more than satisfied of our stay. Highly recommended!

Nice little place for two. Two nice restaurants right there, near the beach and lighthouse and park. Comfortable bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chainarong and Ana's unit. The unit is super clean, beautifully decorated, and is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Much thought and consideration of what you would want for short or extended stay is provided in this really nice unit.

This place is more than is said the apartment the property everything is so serene and beautiful. Host stays on property but doesn’t bother u unless you need something the stay was amazing…

The place exceeded our expectations, everything was very cozy, clean and organized. very nice area, quiet and beautiful. I loved having enough coffee to make, and easy by using pods, quality of coffee was awawesome, just one thing, my wife complained about not having cream and splenda for coffee. Having snacks was also great. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, heater was perfect, only thing is having instructions how to adjust temperature on heater, especially for people visiting from areas where heaters are not common. Thanks for the hospitality.

James was a great host. We communicated well with each other and he was prompt with his replies. He gave clear instructions for getting to his place. The apartment was perfect for my husband and myself, and only 10 minutes away from family whom we were visiting. It is a gorgeous and beautiful environment. Close to trails. We had fun meandering around the property with our small grandchildren. James offered to put the rowboat in the pond which we took him up on and the grandkids had a blast being rowed around the pond (by us, not James). James was friendly and helpful. We have found our place to stay during future visits to Sultan, and are looking forward to going back.

I make it a habit to not write online reviews, and this is my first experience with Airbnb so I can't compare it to any other Airbnb experiences, but while we were spending a few days together at the cabin, I realized that of all the places I have stayed away from home, none of them felt more like a home away from home than the cabin did. It was a lovely place to spend time together as a family, slowing down to enjoy the river and the fires and the rain, finish a book and a jigsaw puzzle, little things that matter. I hope we will be lucky enough one day to return.

This place has every amenity you could desire at an AirBnb and to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Their commitment to warmth was also appreciated with three fire sources, multiple heaters and of course, the hot tub! There is nowhere else to spend a Saturday afternoon post hike. The view from the home was breathtaking particularly with the natural lighting in the late evening. The string lights were a great touch and the kitchen totally usable. We loved it! Thank you.

We can’t say enough how much we loved our stay here for our anniversary. The scenery from the cabin is just breathtaking. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony, soaking in the hot tub each night, and falling asleep under the moonlight in the loft bedroom. We had such a fun and romantic time here. Crissy was thoughtful and responsive throughout our experience, ensuring that we had all we could want and need. The cabin is beautiful and amazingly stocked. We can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic place to disconnect and unwind. Perfect place for a couple or a small group of friends to enjoy incredible views of the mountains and river. The place itself was thoughtfully designed and feels so cozy and peaceful. The projector and Roku inclusions were a nice touch for unwinding after a day of hiking! Would definitely stay here again.
