Cozy two room apartment in the center of Malmö

This super cozy apartment is located centrally in Malmö at Nobeltorget and is close to the nightlife, city center and shopping while being in a place where it is very calm and quiet. Close to public transport such as bus and train if you want to go further out to the concert halls (15min to destination) or Copenhagen (40min to destination) (15 min walking distance to Triangeln station). The apartment also has a shop (Mido Quality) which is open 24/7 which is 50m away and has everything you need.

Gästhuset är omgivet av en härlig trädgård där man kan njuta av fågelsång till sitt morgon kaffe. Här finns tillgång till WiFi, tvättstuga och närhet till det mesta man kan behöva. Inom promenadavtsånd finns Möllans marknadsplats för frukt och grönsaker, ett flertal matbutiker samt restauranger, parker, lekplatser samt buss och tåg. Köpenhamn och Lund nås inom 20 minuter med tåg eller buss

Small studio flat with own entrance & self checkin

Denna lilla studiolägenhet (16 kvm - 1 rum med duschrum och kokvrå) ligger på Nobeltorget nära Folkets Park. Endast tio minuter med buss från centralstationen och 20 min promenad till downtown. Citycyklar och tre olika busslinjer utanför huset! Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Eget ställe, lugnt och skönt med närhet till allt!

Trevlig studio i Malmö

Koppla av i min lugna studio under er vistelse i Malmö/Köpenhamn. Bostaden är nära Triangelns tågstation och det tar 30 min att gå dit/10 min med bussen. Det tar 5 min med tåget från Triangeln till Hyllie/Malmö arena. Det är också gångsavstånd (ca 15-20 min) till Södervärn, Folkets Park och resten av centrala Malmö. Som värd svarar jag på frågor och kan ge rekommendationer. Jag började hyra ut under Eurovision 2024 och har nöjda gäster. Observera: Ej wi-fi. Ej barn 0-15 år. Vån 3 - ej hiss.

Perfekt boende för 2 vuxna! Centralt på Dalaplan. Gångavstånd till Möllan & även buss/tågförbindelser är bara ett par minuter bort. ej komplett kök! Ugn saknas. Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

Comfortable apartment near city center

Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Gratis parkering och nära till det mesta med bra bussförbindelser. Ni kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende.

Welcome to my home, This is my main residence which can accommodate 2 persons max. I rent it out when I am on work travel. It is calm and sunny and I hope you will enjoy your stay here. You will have access to the whole apartment with the kitchen and all its furniture which you can use. This modern and stylishly decorated 3-bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms and 114 m² (1,200 sq. ft.) of living space, is situated close to the vibrant Möllevångens Torget, just a 3-minute walk from the main bus station, Södervärn. It’s also very close to Malmö’s central bus station and only 5 minutes from one of the city’s main squares, which is filled with restaurants and pubs.

The apartment is in the heart of Möllevången close to everything. Plenty of shops, cafés, parks and restaurants ensure the area is always alive. Very central location with only 2 min walk to public transport, bike rental etc. The apartment was renovated a few months ago, it has a new kitchen and bathroom.
