Plassen foran huset har en stor sittegruppe og spisebord med plass til 12. For barna finnes det bla trampoline, huske og en lekestue. Huset et bygget i 1919 og totalrenovert i 2015, og tilbyr alt det man kan forvente av en moderne bolig. Store soverom, store sosiale soner, store vinduer og moderne fasiliteter.
