Stamatia was very helpful with entering the apartment, we were very pleased. The location of the house is very good, very close to shopping places, restaurants and beaches. There is everything necessary inside the house, clean and decorative, there is a large balcony with sea view. The balcony is very useful for breakfast and dinner, we felt very comfortableI in the flat. when we come to the island again, we would like to stay at this house and recommend it to other visitors.

Herr Fatih und seine Gattin sind äußerst freundliche Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war in einwandfreiem Zustand – sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet auf den Fotos. Es gab keinerlei Mängel, und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben – oder sogar besser! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit waren. Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Umgebung ist ruhig und die Wohnung ist einer sehr noblen Gegend. Man braucht überhaupt kein Bedenken. Die Stadt von Kusadasi ist sehr gut erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel. Ich kann die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Kusadasi wärmstens empfehlen und würde definitiv wenn ich wieder nach Kusadasi komme die Wohnung mieten! Jeder Cent Wert!

Vicky was super helpful from minute 1 and always responsive. She also gives great massages so make sure to book one with her. Vicky and her family make you feel right at home but you’ll still have all the peace and quiet that goes along with the beautiful location just a little bit outside Kokkari. Which we find perfect as we don’t like to be in the bustling city center. Thank you for a great time, Vicky!

Wir (4-köpfige Familie) waren für 5 Tage in der Wohnung. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns bei allem weitergeholfen. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Exactly as described and great communication. Only downside is the entrance through the backend of an alley.

The place is a well laid out 2 bedroom apartment. It is really as nice as it looks in the pictures. The apartment is clean and has everything that you would need. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is just a few steps away from the waterfront. Dr. Hassan is a wonderful host. He is very responsive to queries. We would definitely stay at his place again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Xenia’s place in Kokkari. Cozy, clean, comfortable. Hope to see you next year!

Wir haben die Zeit in Stellas Apartment sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung und ist für uns perfekt gewesen. Sehr sauber, in der Küche alles notwendige vorhanden, das Bad sauber und angenehm, der Balkon mit himmlischen Ausblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Einzig ein Moskitonetz vor der Tür des Balkons wäre wirklich nötig, um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war ausgezeichnet. Wir empfehlen das Apartment jedem, der das wunderschöne Posidonio erleben möchte.

Baştan sına herşey mükemmeldi. Bir daha tatilinizde daha uzun süre konaklamayı planlıyoruz. Bahçesi çok keyifli.

Kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz, harika bir ev. Ev sahibimiz her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Pythagorio'ya gelirseniz kesinlikle burayı tavsiye ederim. Her şey tertemiz ve çok güzeldi. Muhteşem anılarla ayrıldık. Umarım en kısa sürede bir daha gelebiliriz. Bu arada evin konumu harikaydı. Restoranlara, tarihi yerlere, sahile ve limana yürüyerek çok kısa sürede ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

öncelikle ev sahibimiz çok iyiydi ve kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. ev denizle arasında yol olan çok güzel bir bahçe içerisinde yer alıyor. hem evin içerisinde hem de kendine ait olan bahçesinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herşey var. ev son derece temiz ve ferah. evin salonunda ve odalarında klima mevcut. deniz manzarası harika. Ev sahibimiz tarafından hazırlanan ikramlarla harika karşılandık. eve ulaşım konusunda her türlü destek ev sahibimiz tarafından verildi ve müsaitlik olduğu için giriş ve çıkışta esneklik sağladı. Çok güzel geçen bir tatil için ev sahibimize tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

The house and garden are beautifully decorated. It is a very unique experience to live in a brick house for a few days. We enjoyed it.

Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.

Had the most wonderful stay at the Yellow House! Mili is so beautiful and quaint with lovely people 😊 Katri and Siina are the most wonderful and helpful hosts, Siina is just amazing and made me feel so welcome during my 2 week stay ✨️thank you so much again. Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

First of all the host is great, responsive, friendly. The house is more than as it is described. Very clean, tidy, central area, lots of offerings, snacks, drinks. The Parking lot is also very important that this hous offers. Hardly to find a parking space in the narrow roads. You may walk down the city center in minutes. For sum up, it is more than it's worth. Beyond expectations.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

Het appartement was fantastisch, precies als op de foto's afgebeeld. Prachtig en heel smaakvol ingericht. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, en meer. Het appartement ligt midden in het levendige Kokkari, maar je hebt vanwege de mooie ligging, geen last van lawaai. Hadi was een fantastische host, heel gastvrij, en heeft ons goede tips gegeven wat restaurants betreft. Ook de geadopteerde kater Tijger was een gezellig extraatje terwijl wij op ons terras zaten. Wij raden het appartement van Hadi zeker aan!!

Siamo stati 12 notti, abbiamo alternato giornate fuori casa e giornate alla spiaggetta davanti casa. Il tempo alla spiaggetta , compresa di ombrellone e lettini a disposizioni degli ospiti (senza doverli pagare) e’ stato rilassantissimo, mare un paio di giorni non ottimo per via probabilmente della corrente ma gli altri giorni e’ stato pulitissimo!! Ci sono addirittura i pesci appena entri in acqua, la casa viene pulita ogni 2 giorni con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. In zona minimarket e quartiere di pitagorion a 5 min d macchina, dove hai molta scelta di ristoranti. E’ bello passeggiare fuori lungo mare adiacente alla casa. La cucina e’ dotata dell’ indispensabile. Consigliato, da tornarci.

Familien er super sød og i imødekommende. De gik meget op i at vi havde et godt ophold og vi følte os hjemme i deres selskab.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandra’s house in Samos. The view from the house was stunning, and it was conveniently close to everything. The house was equipped with all the amenities we needed, impeccably clean, and everything was brand new. Alessandra was incredibly helpful, attentive, and hospitable. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Samos.

Everything about our stay at Dimitris’s apartment was perfect. His directions were easy to navigate and he even let us take advantage of late check out because our ferry was so late in the day. I was (unfortunately) needing to work for a portion of our stay and the wifi was fast and reliable. Regarding the neighborhood, I highly recommend staying here, especially if the next phase of your journey is a ferry ride! We visited very much in the off season but there was still amazing restaurants open within walking distance and many places to rent a car to explore.
