The estate is in a protected natural reserve and offers a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, including wonderful walks by the Thames path, cycling, swimming, tennis courts, football pitch, two kids play areas, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing and fishing.

There is free access to the Mill Village outdoor swimming pool, sauna and 3 tennis courts, but not the spa. Canoe, kayak, paddleboard & bike hire can be booked. Great wildlife walks and bike rides from the door. Suitable for adults, children and dogs.

There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Minety 65 is a wonderful family-oriented lodge, situated on exclusive Minety Lake, part of the Lower Mill Estate, within the Cotswolds Lakes. The lodge, set across three floors, comfortably sleeps 10, with 1 super-king bed, 2 king size beds, 4 single beds and an additional sofa bed available on request. There is a private hot tub overlooking the lake, games room incl pool table and air-con in the south facing rooms. There is free access to the Lower Mill Estate pool and other facilities.

We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
