Guests have full access to the property including kayaks, the pool and can make arrangements to enjoy the farm crew, collect eggs & harvest for your meals. A breakfast treat will be delivered for your breakfast. It has the best sunset views from it’s screened in porch. With views of the river, garden and farm you will not know where to look first. No WiFi/TV or smoking on property

With a large deck space facing the Wicomico River, you can enjoy outside time with family while each of you has something to do. There is a queen bed, queen pull out couch, and twin to king trundle bed sleeping six! Each stay inlcudes free wifi and parking, kitchen with full amenities, grill, beach, dock use, fishing and more!

Farmhouse located just minutes off of Route 13 in Princess Anne, MD. Enjoy a peaceful farm experience while staying in a charming farmhouse with lots of character. You can walk the grounds of the farm, including a trail through the woods, or take a swim in the pool. We do not offer horseback riding lessons but you can interact with the horses. We are minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, UMES, and a short ride to Chincoteague (32 miles) and Ocean City (40 miles).

The Serenity House

Regenerate at the Serenity House! Second floor apartment; three spacious queen bedrooms with SmartTV, equipped kitchenette, work space with WiFi, mudroom and laundry on the first floor. Large yard with big mature shade trees nestled in a quiet neighborhood. One corgi and two cats live on the property. The pets are not allowed into the guest rooms. Continental breakfast served in the shared space. Private entrance, off street parking available.

Rumbley Cottage, a custom-built home, provides a quiet stay in nature. Views from all windows. Look out at the mouth of the Manokin River at Tangier Sound on one side; wetlands on the other side. NO CLEANING OR PET FEE. Rumbley Cottage is enjoyed year- round with a great fireplace. WE PROVIDE THE FIREWOOD AND STARTERS. Many amenities including Molton Brown toiletries, kayaks, SPBs, bikes, beach equipment; well-stocked kitchen.

Our charming bungalow allows you to relax, refresh and truly unwind while taking in views of the bay. ​ Enjoy amazing sunsets, lots of stars, and the water view from the 2nd story deck, private pier, or around the fire pit. Try crabbing or fishing from the pier. No license needed! A small local beach for swimming and public boat ramp are less than 5 minutes away. We are about an hour to Ocean City, Chincoteague, and Assateague.
