Is located near the Felanitx village with small grocery stores, supermarkets and restaurants, where you can find all your needs during the stay.

Liebevolles Dorfhaus mit Patio und Dachterrasse in Santanyi: Durch das grosszügige Wohn- und Esszimmer mit offener Küche im Erdgeschoss betritt man den Patio, der auf 2 Ebenen zum Entspannen einlädt. Im hinteren Teil des Erdgeschosses befinden sich ein gemütliches DZ, u. ein Badezimmer Im OG gibt es ein weiteres Wohnzimmer, ein DZ und ein EZ , sowie ein Bad. Von hier aus gelangt man auf die Dachterrasse. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimageräten kalt/warm ausgestattet .

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
