SOL VERI is a wonderful house in Son Veri, just a couple of minutes from the sea, the long sandy beach and resort of Arenal, and Marina. SOL VERI is just a 15-min drive from Palma and 10 min from the Airport. The house is full of light and sunny space with white walls, terracotta floors, sparkling new bathrooms, and a stylish mix of old and new furniture in pale colours. We don´t accept bookings from groups - 27 y.o.

La planta superior consta de 1 dormitorio doble con 2 camas y 3 dormitorios individuales con 1 cama. 1 baño con ducha y lavabo. Zona de trabajo y una terraza.

You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

Given to the character of residential area, we only expect to host people willing to respect the tranquillity of the place, no noise, no party, no loud music is accepted. Only families and small groups older than 30 years old are invited to book.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
