Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Her şey harikaydı. Muhit çok sakin, tam kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Evler yeni ve tertemiz. Denizin dibinde direkt ve deniz tertemiz başka hiçbir yere gitmedik. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için gereken her şey var. Georgi ve ailesi çok misafirperverlerdi, buradan her şey için tekrar çok teşekkürler. Bütün sorularımızı sabırla yanıtladılar ve yerel tavsiyeler verdiler(ki onlar da harikaydı gittiğimiz her yerden son derece memnun kaldık) Kendimizi bu kadar evimizde hissedeceğimizi asla düşünmezdik ama ayrılmak istemedik. Mümkün olsa tatilimizi kesinlikle uzatır ve daha çok vakit geçirirdik. Küçük çocuklu aileler çok uygun. Yukarıda da dediğim gibi daha sessiz sakin ve dinlenmelik bir yer ama daha canlı yerlere ulaşım da fazlasıyla kolay oldu bizim için arabayla. Gözünüzü kırpmadan tercih edebileceğiniz temiz, nezih ve arkadaş canlısı insanlarla dolu müthiş bir yer.

Başta zorlansakta konumu rahatça bulduk.odamiz tıpkı anlatildigi gibi son derece temiz düzenli ve konforluydu.tüm eşyalar son derece zevkli ve kaliteli seçilmişti, sanki ilk defa kullanılıyor gibiydi.odamizin manzarası çok güzeldi ,hem sabah kahvesi için hemde güneşin batışını izlemek için harikaydı .bu huzur dolu mükemmel tatil icin Sarah a tesekkur ederiz...

I cannot speak highly enough of this apartment and the team (smart academy ski rental below). The family business organised everything we needed for a great first skiing holiday. As we were new to skiing, it massively helped that they could take care of everything. We booked airport transfers, ski rental and private lessons with them, it couldn’t have been easier. Nina was very responsive and helpful, guiding me through everything. Our ski instructor Renny, was fantastic! Extremely patient and encouraging - thank you! The apartment was exactly as described and opposite the ski road and bottom gondola station. We literally skied to opposite the apartment, crossed the road and into the shop to store all the ski gear! Bobby was then there to welcome us back. Amazing team, thank you all for a very memorable holiday.

Giannis is a very friendly and helpful person. He informed us in a detailed way about the Thassos island and beaches. Gave us some useful tips also about the beaches of the village Skala Marion. Calm and peaceful place which has some good restaurants. Thanks Giannis

Невероятно място! Спираща дъха гледка към язовира..не искахме да си тръгваме. Тихо, спокойно и вълшебно кътче. Самият апартамент беше чудесен и имаше всичко необходимо за един пълноценен престой. Домакинът беше любовен и приветлив! :) Силно препоръчвам!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The view was absolutely amazing—even better than the photos. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to nearby attractions, which made it super convenient. The private beach just 10 seconds away was such a highlight, with tanning beds reserved just for us and a cozy sitting area near the water for relaxing. We loved having our own table and chairs outside to enjoy meals with that stunning view. The place was very clean and just as described. The host and staff were incredibly kind and attentive, coming by on the third day to change our towels and sheets, which was a nice touch. Parking was great, and the welcome snacks made us feel right at home. There were a few minor inconveniences: the pan and shower handles were broken, we found a baby scorpion and small centipede in the bathroom, and after a rainy night, we didn’t have warm water for a short time. But these were minor compared to how wonderful everything else was. Recommend!
