The rental was perfect for our needs as solar professionals, and the house was thoughtfully setup for guests. We felt very welcome and well cared for.

Overall a great place to stay. The golf cart was great and nice to just ride around on. Clean place and had everything you need. I would stay again.

The house was in a neat location and a quick drive to downtown, beaches, etc. Quiet community with several grassy areas for dog walking available. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Beautiful home honesty felt right at home. Melissa is an AMAZING host she goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home she is very hospitable and very accommodating! I was traveling with 2 young boys and they absolutely enjoyed the huge backyard lots of fun things to do in the backyard including grilling, we made smorz ! Very family friendly environment that Melissa provides in her beautiful home. I will being unfamiliar with the area coming from San Diego California walterboro is about an hour away from Charleston so just keep that in mind ! Other than that the home is very cute and felt very right at home huge spacious front and backyard AC units all working and kept the home very nice and cool! Definitely no complaints Melissa is a great host !

Jennifer was very responsive and friendly and provided clear check in information that was easy to follow. The home was clean, comfortable, and very charming, with tasteful decor and attractive curb appeal in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very much at home during our stay, and our small dog enjoyed the toys and other amenities provided for four legged visitors. I would definitely recommend this listing to others traveling with dogs.

We had a great stay! It was nice to be able to feel right at home, especially after a long drive from Florida. Sven loved the pet friendly openess of the home and being able to roam around out back in a fenced in area.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do, and the setup was perfect for our two dogs — especially the yard, which gave them plenty of space to run and relax. Brandon was wonderful. Super responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond by letting us check in a little early since we were already in the area, which we really appreciated. The only downside was a musty scent in the house that was a bit off-putting when we first arrived. It didn’t ruin the experience by any means, but it was noticeable. Overall, a very positive stay with an attentive and accommodating host. We'd definitely consider booking again!

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable for a large group. The highlight for us was the outdoor space. The pool was a plus, although the temperature was chilly (go figure, it's April). We loved relaxing on the screened porch in the evenings, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Inside, the four bedrooms were well-appointed and offered plenty of privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was great, too, offering a nice balance of quiet residential living with easy access to Greenville's attractions. Communication with the host was excellent – they were responsive and helpful and made the whole process seamless. We would recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint poolside cottage while driving from Pennsylvania to Florida with our four dogs. It was the perfect overnight stop—clean, fresh-smelling, and super comfortable. The bed, sheets, and pillows were high quality, and we appreciated the soft towels and well-stocked coffee bar. The fenced yard was a huge bonus for the pups, and the flowers around the property added such a charming touch. Communication with Reeves was seamless. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Stayed for three months while work was happening on our house. It was as close to feeling like home as it could have been. Loved sitting outside in the rocking chairs or around the fire pit (that I now need to buy one like it lol). Beds were very comfortable and it had everything needed. Hated to leave and would stay again if needed

Great location! Appreciated an accommodation that they were willing to make for our family. The check out was so much easier than other rentals!! They were super responsive and the place was a perfect fit for us. Only recommendation is to bring beach towels and chairs. They literally provided all else!

This place was GREAT! My family and I had enough space for all 8 of us! The kitchen had everything we needed to make all our meals. We were right in the middle of everything! We were able to walk to the beach and to the surrounding stores and restaurants. All the rooms have their own TV so we weren’t fighting over the remote. If I had to choose one thing, I would say I was only disappointed that the pool water wasn’t warmer for what we paid for it :( Again, the host communicated very well and said that it was on a timer, but it seemed like it never warmed up so I didn’t swim but, my kids still swam and loved it! We were down for my daughter‘s birthday, and the host made a great recommendation for ice cream, which was one of my daughters request for the trip. This property is definitely a must stay!

The perfect place for a group. Every bathroom has a bathroom with a shower in it AND there’s another full bath in the common area. Genius. The space was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Sharing the pool with the other groups added to the good vibes. Would definitely recommend for a girls trip! We had a blast.

Great place to stay in a good location. The space was as described and fully stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The only hiccup we experienced was with the office, not the host. We’d planned on renting a golf cart but upon calling the office I was told the woman who rents them out is only there from 10-2, and we’d be arriving at 3. Was also told we could not reserve one ahead of time even though there were plenty to rent, per the owner. We did not end up getting a golf cart, which was disappointing since everyone drives golf carts here and it’s easier to get around with one. Bobby was great to communicate with and always replied to any questions I had in a timely fashion. We enjoyed the private/community beach access with the key card Bobby graciously left for us. A box of Lindt chocolates was left for us upon our arrival, which we much appreciated. My kids had fun on the playground. The indoor pool was closed so we never used that during our stay.

Great place for a large family. Our family of 13 stayed here in April and had a great time. Weather was decent still a little chilly for the pool but the kids loved it anyways. The back yard is beautiful love the fire pit. The guest house was nice to have it was private but still attainable to the family. House was well stocked with towels and linens coffee and essentials like laundry soap. Would highly recommend.

We are repeat guests at the Coach House and will continue to stay as long as the house is available when we visit. Martin and Anyapat are amazing hosts and the place is private, peaceful and always a great place to stay.

This is our third visit to this location, and this time we are here for an extended stay due to the damage caused by Hurricane Helene that prevents us from returning home. Ryan and his team consistently exceed expectations during each stay. I highly recommend any of their properties if you're planning to visit Folly Beach. They truly are the best.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

This was our second stay at Lynn’s place! It is so clean and well taken care of. It is very convenient to the beach! Lynn and her family are so kind and easy to communicate with. Would 1000% recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing; the house itself is very beautiful and cozy, it has everything we needed. There is a very nice private backyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee:) I recommend this place and would love to be back one day!
