Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Lake front camp with amazing views in protected Keeler Bay perfect for boating, swimming and fishing. Amenities: Dock, terrace by lake, deck with outdoor table/umbrella, kitchen with double oven, microwave and washer/dryer. Air condition/heat (via 2-mini splits) and propane fireplace. 3 BR (2 kings, 1 queen) plus bunk room. Sleeps 12 total. Handicap accessible including a ramp from parking area house to house. Walking distance to gas station, convenience stores and restaurants.

Fall is a special time here, our forest turns colors! Enjoy biking and hiking trails. The town beach is 3 miles down the road and a lovely place to enjoy a quiet summer's day. Just in case you need the city life, we are located 25 minutes north of Burlington and one hour south of Montreal.
