Beautiful flat a short walk from city centre

The basement flat is small but ideal for short stays. Steep stairs down, not suitable for mobility problems. Empty the day before guests arrive and the cleaning is thorough. The kitchen has a microwave/oven/grill, fridge, hob, kettle and most things you will need. There is a dining table,2 chairs and a sofa bed for one person Shower-room has shower,washbasin, toilet,towel rail radiator. Garden Escape: Guesthouse next to Woodlands

The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. 1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Our annexe is light and spacious and people have told me the photographs do not do it justice!! We are just 2 minutes walk to a lovely local thatched pub, and a couple of minutes drive to other restaurants and dining, public transport and family-friendly activities in the centre of Pangbourne which has a station (trains to London take 35 mins via Reading) It is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families with children.
