Your hosts and neighbors are Jose and Lucinda (aka "sandy feet") - of sandyfeet sandcastle services live right next door. This upstairs apartment -- a 2BR/2BA loft with full kitchen and 2 large private decks sleeps 7. The ground floor apartment - a 1BR/2BA with fenced in back porch - is also available here on AirBnB - rent the whole house!
