What an incredible home to stay at! Neal and Krystal provided everything one needs! Fresh clean sheets, towels, and the kitchens were fully equipped with all your needs. Plenty of space for the 12 of us that went up there. The insides is completely renovated with great amenities. Not to mention they left us local refreshments and snacks for arrival! All of those who went up were blown away by this house and many have expressed returning before we even left! This house is located in a great place as well. It’s a quick walk to the pier and all the local favorite places to go too! If you are looking for a home to stay in OOB for a fantastic price, don’t wait to book this home. Krystal and Neal are also extremely friendly and communicative. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was truly memorable. I cannot thank them enough!

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely dog-friendly house in Lebanon, Maine, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect retreat for both humans and our furry friends. The backyard was a highlight, providing plenty of space for our dogs to run around and play. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby walking trails and dog-friendly things to do in the area. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a getaway with their pet!

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

We had an excellent experience in this lovely home. The house was well stocked with everything we could need; it was comfortable and clean and truly exceeded all expectations. Above and beyond down to the last detail. So grateful for our wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Kathleen's place! She was incredibly communicative and helpful, giving us local recommendations and clear instructions. The house was clean, quiet, and super comfortable -- and walkable to everything we wanted to do in Portland. We would happily stay here again on a return trip to Portland.

We had family in town for graduation and Amy’s place checked all the boxes for us. Plenty of room to spread out yet still be together. The bedrooms were roomy and cozy. Our little nephew loved the well-stocked bookcase that allowed him to have a different story every night. The trampoline and outside space were wonderful. We even used the barbecue. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house. Spacious and a lot of light. You can see the marsh from the windows, which is lovely. Near the beach. Recommend!

What a beautiful home. They have everything marked clearly and in such a fun way. Lots of history throughout the home. We had 5 adults and had plenty of space and privacy. They have quite a few stairs but I found very easy to get up and down and enjoyed the exercise. We were able to meet Gary before leaving which was a plus.

Jey's house was absolutely perfect. We stayed there for a bachelorette weekend and all of the girls loved it. We had no complaints at all! The rooms were cute and tidy, lots of extra bath and pool towels, the kitchen was stocked, the neighborhood was SO cute. A few of us went out on morning runs. Our favorite thing was the yard. It was absolutely stunning with all the flowers and trees in bloom. Jey was so quick to answer my 100 questions and came by immediately to fix a minor issue we caused. We had an amazing time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. The perfect place for a weekend away with friends! Easy to find/get to, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Portland! The house was extremely clean, well stocked with anything you might need, comfortably furnished, and looked just like the listing. Susan was extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait for our next stay here!

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

Winter Wonderland Retreat!!! Talia's place was AMAZING!!! We arrived during a snow storm and within a couple of hours the roads and the driveway were all cleared and plowed! The Cabin and trees were all cloaked in snow and it was warm and cozy inside!!! Our two doggos enjoyed exploring the woods and searching for signs of the deer family living nearby. There was a family with young deer and they slept under the pine trees in the back woods. :) They also enjoyed their strolls down the driveway and along the quiet neighborhood roads. :) The night sky was UNBELIEVABLE!!! I did not realize there were so many stars in the night sky!! :) The cabin is very close to Pleasant Mountain, which is a beautiful place to ski! :) The Cabin had everything we needed!! We are looking forward to our next retreat already!! Talia was awesome! She was very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!! Thank you for everything, Talia!! :)

Keith's place was such a cozy stay! The facility was spacious and well-ventilated. Keith was helpful, and the kitchen was equipped with items to cook with. Would love to stay again! The neighborhood cats are very friendly, I enjoyed interacting with them and giving them treats!

Margaret’s place is very homey with all the necessities for a family gathering. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to beautiful trails

This was a great get away. Right on the lake with the convenience of using their kayaks, row boat, and peddleboat. Also had an array of life jackets for everyone to be safe. Scenery is beautiful, location is peaceful! We read, kayaked, played pinpong in their basement, sat around the firepit and listened to nature! The house is exactly how you see it in the pics, plus better! The home is spotless and has everything you need! Host Heidi is very responsive! They even have many board games and puzzles to play. Elizabeth was a wonderful host and her home is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The house was spotless, well appointed, and very cozy. The short walk to the beach and town market is really convenient. Her rental is a perfect home base if you’re visiting Portland or exploring the Maine coast nearby.

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

Rachel’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend a snowy and stormy day with our pup. Very convenient to get to Portland. Close to grocery store and anything you might need. Rachel was very quick to respond when we had questions and had ice melt delivered for us same day which was a huge help in the storm.

Great place. Very spacious. Awesome fireplace. Host is responsive and clear with instructions. Would highly recommend.
