Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass, and a full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

The Shepherd’s Hut, Bath

In the summer of 2019 we installed a brand new shepherd’s hut in our large garden. The hut, built by a local company, is sat in an open space away from our own house, and has a great view down the garden. Alkina is a beautiful, fully self contained 2 bedroom property, next to the main house where we live. It has its own parking space on driveway, with a private entrance and patio garden area to the side. It has been lovingly updated throughout, luxuriously furnished with a big walk in shower, smart tv, woodburner, patio area with bbq and seating. We are 1.7 miles away from the city centre, which is a 10 minute drive or a brisk 35 minute walk away and has beautiful country walks on the doorstep.

Separate kitchen, dining and sitting rooms means there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy some down time after enjoying the wonders of the local area. Off-street parking for 1 car and free on-street.

A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.
