Sheryl and Hani were great hosts, very friendly and hospitable. Their property was clean with all the amenities provided and the pool was great for kids. She switched on the jets before our arrival which made the water warm for my kids to go in and enjoy. Also I asked her for late check out and she was kind enough to accept our request. I am very thankful to them. Our stay was very pleasant at their property and hopefully we'll come back again.

We loved this house!!! Lauren has done a beautiful job of furnishing and decorating this old 70s house. From the front, the street appeal isn't great but that doesn't matter at all once you enter. It's VERY spacious, stylish, comfortable and homely. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, Lauren even provides multiple towels for each guest which is so lovely when having a longer stay! It's the small, thoughtful touches like this that can make a huge difference.. There are books and games for both kids and adults alike. Lauren is so helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond. Despite being an older house, we can't fault our stay, we absolutely loved it and would happily return. Thank you so much Lauren!!

This was the second time we have stayed at Amons place. This time was as good as the first time. The house was spotlessly clean The beads were clean & very comfortable.

The accommodation was perfect for our occasion. Lots of room to get ready. Not your standard accommodation photographs beautifully Had everything we needed and more Would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Simon and Ru are amazing hosts-were very friendly and helpful!The place felt very homely and comfortable, making it easy to settle in. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The neighborhood was lovely—quiet, safe, and convenient for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely choose to stay again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and great value for money. The hosts were super professional & easy to deal with, totally did their due diligence for our check-in. On the contrary, Check-in info needs to be communicated slightly better as there was nothing indicating we had to get in through a grey gate to access the lockbox, it was a free access but we had to search for a good 5-10 minutes for the lockbox. The equipment in the house needs to be replaced. For instance, the soap dispenser wasn’t working in the main bathroom. Washing machine was super old, its quick wash cycle being a whopping 3 hours which was disappointing. There was a massive hole in one of the bedroom’s closet, the back gate to the garden was also playing up. Lastly, we’d expected cordless vacuum cleaner for convenience, however that wasn’t the case. Overall, with few minor changes/ improvements, this house has the potential to tick all the boxes

This accommodation was the perfect stay for our long weekend at the formula, with roof top views of the track to the easy walk over to access the racing everyday. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Melbourne as you are around a lot of great areas with easy access to get around using public transport.

Livio's place was nothing short of a haven for my stay. It's very walkable, with a tram stop that takes you to the heart of the city 2 minutes away. Southern Cross is also right there, about a 10 minute walk but makes for super easy check in if you're flying. Bed was super comfortable, and he'd left a few snack/ breakfast things available for me as well which made the morning after I landed really convenient. Will absolutely book here again next time I need something central Melbourne.

I can really recommend Chris’ lovely Airbnb. Chris is very friendly and helpful. There were so many really nice things to make us feel at home, like great shampoo, exquisite towels, lovely gorgeous small chocolates for the kids. The apartment/unit was so great. It is very close to the beach and many good restaurants which also provide take away. Easy to find the trams taking us into Melbourne city center. We recommend staying and would love to come back another time.

Louise’s apartment was just perfect! Cosy and full of charm. We felt so at home. The apartment was perfectly set up and had everything we could possibly need. The location was great with trams, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and Albert Park all out the front door. Louise is a fabulous host! She was so helpful and made our stay seamless. She even left lovely birthday surprises for the girls. Highly recommend!

A wonderful apartment for my visit. Home from home for a week of work in Melbourne. Everything was just wonderful and very comfy bed. We didn't need to use the extra room but to have a second bedroom will be brilliant when I return with family. James was always so proactive in replying to any of our queries and the manual in the apartment helped. The air-conditioning in the living room was a lovely relief on hotter days. With a tram stop near the outside of the unit it was easy to travel all over and local shops a short walk away meant I got to enjoy using the well set up kitchen. Birdsong from Albert Park in the morning is a highlight as was the view across to the city skyline. Thank you James we will absolutely be back!!!!

The place was clean, cozy and perfect for our family of 4. It had all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking. More than enough towels and linens for our 5 days stay. Our kids loved the additional snacks that was provided for us. Easy to find/park in the parking spot provided. Location was great for where we needed to go. Only about 18 mins by uber/ car to CBD. A few mins walk to the tram to Flinders Station. Ofer was responsive and helpful. And the instructions in the apartment were clear. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay at Pigeon Bark farm in the cottage. The place was cosy and specious with comfy beds and couch, spotlessly clean with old world charm. The kitchen had all we needed and was well stocked, the coffee and breakfast provisions and snacks were good. It was completely calm and peaceful but lovely to see the animals around, especially the beautiful friendly peacocks who can be hand fed. Jacqui was an excellent host and living nearby was an excellent help with anything we needed and quickly responded to our needs. She even went the second mile by offering us drop off and pick up from our very close wedding venue. A lovely friendly person.

Our two visits 'bookended' a two week holiday in Tasmania, via Ferry rides with car. We very much appreciated being able to visit and stay at Christines accommodation.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend for some wine tasting and a hot air balloon ride. The cabin was really nice and felt so authentic. The atmosphere and environment was beautiful - the surrounding farm lands really added to the authenticity of the cabin experience as well as the well-kept antique furniture. The whole cabin reminded me of my late great aunt’s home back in South Carolina — pure nostalgia for me. The kitchen was super functional, the hot tub was great, the heated floors in the bathroom was an excellent touch, the single air-con was incredibly efficient in keeping the entire cabin cool in the summer heat but I would recommend bringing a personal fan just in case. Overall a fantastic experience, looking forward to staying again

Lovely cottage, felt very homely and welcoming. Wonderful hosts who left us lots of Easter goodies! Would highly recommend staying here!

Our family of four had such a lovely stay here. The cottage was even nicer than the pics, with lots of thoughtful touches. The pool and gardens are gorgeous, too, and host Caesar (the lab) took us on a walk through the grounds, past the cows and horses, olive trees and more. Kate and Evan were very welcoming and gave us clear instructions about everything. Location-wise, it was nice and central, with Port Arlington, Barwon Heads etc an easy drive away and we found lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. Thanks for having us!

Absolutely loved our stay in this cute cottage. The enclosed courtyard was perfect for our dog to be safe. Walking distance to great food choices. Totally recommend and would stay again if available when travelling back to Melbourne.

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
