Lovely place just few steps from the water. Close to restaurants and the main street. Cozy apartment. Andrew has allowed us to check in earlier. We would gladly come back.

We had a lovely stay at the beach side Apartment in Herne Bay. The space was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located being just opposite the beach and a short walk from all the local amenities. It had a cozy, relaxed atmosphere (also to mention the complimentary Pinot) — ideal for a seaside getaway. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with easy access to everything Herne Bay has to offer! We will definitely be returning in the near future! Thank you so much L&R x

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

We loved staying with Christine, she made us feel like family and it was like we were staying at home! Such lovely touches with loads of tea, coffee, biscuits, milk. The bed linen was immaculate. Christine was so kind and so very thoughtful!

Delightful stay. The flat was a perfect size and the breakfast/welcome basket made it an even easier trip with breakfast and more taken care of. Immaculate and lovingly decorated. Stephen and Debbie were great, thoughtful hosts. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

Had such a lovely time in this gorgeous house. The garden is huge and absolutely stunning with an amazing barbecue that was in pristine condition. The house is really well equipped and excellently located. The host was amazing and had provided lovely finishing touches around the house to make us feel so welcome. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

Island View was a fab place to stay and Lorna was a 5* host! All was cleaned and tidy, accurately described with easy to find instructions Herne Bay was new to us, but walks to Whitstable, fabulous views, sea swimming at Margate, etc, etc made us really want to return Thanks for everything Lorna!!

We have just returned home from a week’s stay at Karen‘s house. It was a home from home with lots of space for our family of five and very clean. Karen was super helpful and responsive, she even went as far as leaving presents out for our children that they loved and food items for our stay. The house is centrally located for shopping, the seafront, park and many other local attractions. If you are thinking of staying here, we highly recommend and would book again. Thank you Karen!

kleines nettes Haus , innen sehr nett und liebevoll, mehr als der äußere Eindruck verspricht...nahe zum Strand mit Parkmöglichkeit. Den kleinen Garten konnten wir wegen dem Wetter leider nicht nutzen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Would highly recommend Bernadette’s air b&b. We needed somewhere to stay last minute (Due to a family birth), Bernadette kindly accepted us to stay the same day we were travelling up and she was so accommodating, even though we booked last minute. We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, and the location was perfect for us. Bernadette was super responsive and helpful, making the whole experience seamless. The space was beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for even our one year old. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie's Cottage in Whitstable. It had a great location, is airy and stylishly furnished, lots of great art prints and in the typical style of an English fisherman's cottage. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was well equipped and Jamie made sure we were comfortable. I only realised afterwards that dogs were allowed, but it was really very clean and you didn't notice a thing! Above all, the bed was super comfy, there was great bed linen and the shower was perfect (in some holiday homes it's a disaster). Thank you Jamie, we would love to come back!

Beth's place was amazing, we really enjoyed it there, so homely and comfortable. Everything was so clean, lots of extras provided too. The location was brilliant short walk to the sea, local shops, pubs and eating places, the harbour is about a 15 minute walk. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away and the train station is within easy reach too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Beth 😊

Great location for us visiting family nearby. Little peace of paradise. Tucked away overlooking a beautiful garden. Carole was a great host, cottage was very welcoming. Clean, warm and cosy. We only stayed one night sadly but could have easily stayed longer. Slept so well in the comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

This is a really lovely apartment. Comfortable and very nicely decorated with everything one would need for a lovely long weekend. Worth noting that the ceilings are very low even for us (we’re both quite short) and there are a lot of steep steps up to the apartment which was tricky for me at 9 months pregnant. If you’re very tall or have any mobility issues this probably isn’t the place for you, but otherwise it’s a gorgeous little find.

Stunning spot. Above and beyond expectation. Nikki was a lovely host. We will definitely be back. We loved being outside of the more tourist area. Everything really relaxing and thoughtfully laid out. A plus is the amazing restaurant downstairs. They even delivered to us!

Wow! What a great find, I will definitely be back. Came here for some me time and to relax and the penthouse apartment was perfection! Samantha is an amazing host, so helpful and quick to respond to messages and gave some great recommendations for local places to eat. The apartment itself is spotless and SO comfortable and the added touches like milk, juice, jams, biscuits and ice creams made me feel so comfortable and at home as soon as I walked through the door! The whole apartment is so well equipped and the view from the living room, well I could stare at that forever! Thank you!! I will be back one day and I’m already looking forward to it!

It was our first time in Southend. We loved the flat, it was nice and cozy and the outdoor space was a plus. Daria was very friendly and responsive, very good communication throughout. Location was central, in walking distance to the train, the pier, the beach. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. We had a great time. Thank you!
