Normalmente gli Ospiti concordano con l'Host, prima del proprio arrivo, il relativo orario approssimativo. 1) Check-in di mattina Al loro arrivo in Via San Carpoforo n. 4, gli Ospiti possono chiedere al portiere del palazzo accanto (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), il cui nome è Shiran, di chiamare la domestica (Emi) che è sempre disponibile a casa. Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. CHECK-OUT Normalmente l'appartamento deve essere liberato, il giorno del check-out, non dopo le 11,00 - mezzogiorno (12,00 pm). Sarà cura ed onere dell'Host comunicare tempestivamente agli Ospiti la possibilità di effettuare il check-out anche più tardi, laddove richiesto, compatibilmente al calendario ed alle esigenze della Proprietà. Il check-out può essere effettuato dagli ospiti in completa indipendenza, senza alcun bisogno di attendere l'Host, seguendo le seguenti struzioni: alla ,loro partenza, gli Ospiti possono lasciare le chiavi di casa sul tavolo da pranzo, tirandosi dietro la porta e avvisando tempestivamente l'Host. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. Agli Ospiti è sempre concessa la possibilità di lasciare, laddove richiesto, le proprie valigie ed i propri effetti personali, anche dopo il check-out, in un luogo sicuro fintanto che ne abbiano bisogno. ________________________________________ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATIONS CHECK-IN Flexibility as the main rule: Host guarantees its availability for check-in at any time of day or night without any additional fees.
