We really enjoyed our stay at Skippers Landing. The house was easy to get to, instructions for entry were clear, and the house was clean and tidy upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for cooking. The heated pool was the star of the show especially on the chillier days/evenings when it was too cold and windy to go to the beach. The tiki bar was really cute and we enjoyed the ambience it provided in the evening. There was construction going on at beach during our stay, so we had to walk another 2-3 blocks down for access but still an easy, enjoyable walk. Beach towels and chairs were available to use which was super convenient. So much to do in the area with some great restaurants and cute little shops. Check out instructions were reasonable and easy to follow. Our only regret was not booking more nights! We would definitely love to stay here again if ever visiting cocoa beach.

The stay was fun, very clean , the pool was amazing for the kids. The water heater was giving a service needed error and they had someone come out to fix it and also will be refunding us 1 nights stay. Communication was great. The house had enough towels, blankets, and pool towels. Toiletries were not provided for a full 8 day stay but that was okay. I would stay again.

We had a great time with our stay. The house was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. The walk to the beach was very short and easy even when carrying coolers/beach needs. Robert was a great host who went out of his way to message the times of a satellite launch which was very cool for us to see and would not have known about without his message!! 10/10 would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tricia’s beautiful condo. The extra touches made it so comfy. Great location and the heated pool and hot tub made it to the top of our list and did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

The Pineapple Cottage was a lovely getaway. In town for a Kennedy Space Center event, we found the location to be so close to many amazing things to do yet very private and peaceful in the neighborhood. The Cottage was very comfortable and equipped with more than enough space for just the two of us. There were clear instructions for checking in and out, the entertainment system and how to leave the cottage. We felt right at home and our host was very responsive and friendly. We would stay at the Cottage again for any related future events as you can actually feel the rockets taking off from the Space Center inside the cottage! Well worth the trip and highly recommend this beautiful, quaint spot.

First off, the place was spotless upon arrival, and equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, from games, fully stocked kitchen, access to anything needed for the beach or relaxation. Hosts were super responsive and proactive in provided instructions and being helpful throughout the visit. The home was very spacious and able to accommodate us well without feeling cluttered in the home. Great pool and serene relaxation on the patio. Don’t walk, run to this booking if you’re even considering it. Looking forward to come back next year when my son has spring training for baseball.

This was a perfect house for my trip with the kids to experience the Kennedy Space Center and watch the SpaceX launches. Susan was very nice and helpful.

We were a family of 2 Grandparents, daughter & her husband & 5- and 2-year-old. Our first impressions were that this house was immaculate. We wanted a good size pool so that we could relax with the kids and have time to ourselves at nap time. The backyard is an oasis of relaxation. The neighborhood is private and quiet. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had spices and pots and pans that we needed. The grill is immaculate. The beach is about a 2-minute drive. The beach is beautiful and there is no fee to go on the beach or park. The house is equipped with sand toys and even a wagon. They supplied us with a document on all the features of the house. It also explained the check in and checkout schedule. Many great recommendations of dinner venues. Lastly, we met Marc & Chelsi halfway through the week. I asked for a bigger pot to cook pasta, and they brought it right over. The question I also ask at the end of our stay, would we rent here again. Absolutely YES!
