You truly won’t find a more responsive and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt comfortable and at home. The location is beautiful and is just like the pictures. The home had everything we needed, including extra phone chargers for those who forgot them. We had 8 adult women for a “girls getaway” and it was the right size for us. Plenty of room to be together and places to relax in smaller groups or have a rest away from the group. The view and the reviews are what made us reserve this home and we weren’t disappointed. Now it’s your turn to enjoy!

Gorgeous views! Beautiful property and house! My sister-in-law came to the PNW to celebrate her early retirement. This space was perfect for us! She was comfortable in the upstairs bedroom and I slept like a baby on the sofa bed. The kitchen was well stocked for big breakfasts, we didn't cook dinner here though there was a grill and more than enough in the kitchen to help with that- we chose to eat out each night after days of exploring national parks and Seattle, etc. The house is stocked with the necessary towels, laundry needs, and hot hot water for ending the day in the comfort of a hot shower. This place is perfect for a girl's trip, family trip, or couples trip! There were kayaks to use and a perfectly placed hot tub to enjoy the view... we just chose to spend our days exploring but would have loved more time for some "stay on the property relaxation." 6 of us flew from out of state to have a reunion in Vashon. Julie’s place was exactly what we needed. The 5 bedrooms (but 6 beds) accommodated all us adults and the private location, the incredible view of Mt Ranier from the deck, and multiple common spaces allowed us to really enjoy our time catching up. Julie shared everything provided in the kitchen ahead of time, so all we had to do was bring the groceries. In terms of layout, 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths are downstairs, and 3 bedrooms/1 bath are upstairs. However, the one full bath downstairs is in the master bedroom, which meant we just left that door open for all to use. The bedding was a bit hot, but Julie was very receptive to feedback so I have no doubt the experience will be even better for the next guest. Hope to be back soon.

What a wonderful home. Well appointed and everything was new or renovated. Pictures are accurate. We used the paddle boat even though it was cool and mostly rainy. I highly recommend this home. I would definitely stay again. Great value!

This cottage was clean, safe, and just as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc and there was also a vacuum and mop for any spills. It was such a relief to be in a pet friendly space where my dog had the option to go out in a fenced yard (small, but still great). The neighborhood was calm and quiet and only ~20 mins from Olympia and ~50 mins from Tacoma. Thank you for a great stay, Shannon!

We loved staying here! The space is so cozy and the view is amazing. We felt peaceful and right at home as soon as we arrived. We would love to stay again sometime!

Such a charming home! We loved it! Traveled with three small kids who loved kayaking, fishing, throwing rocks in the water, running down the big hill to the water, the books in the kids reading nook and exploring the local parks/beaches. It’s very quiet, no road noise. Amazing view of mt. Rainer on a clear day and expansive views from almost all rooms. It’s an old house from the 1930s with a lot of the original old house charm but modern amenities have been updated to make it comfortable. Cathy was very kind and responsive. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is incredible—right on the water with a huge wraparound porch and stairs to a rocky beach. We lucked out with sunny 70° April weather, which made it even more magical. The house is cozy, well cared for, and very clean (the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in!). Comfortable beds, a great kitchen, beautiful glasswork, and a lovely garden. There are a lot of stairs down to the house, but they’re well-designed with landings. My parents (late 70s) managed them just fine. The home has lots of character, including some low/narrow doorways—my 6'1" dad had to duck once or twice, but it wasn’t a problem. He’s had many disappointing rentals, and said this was the first one that truly exceeded expectations. Erin was a kind and communicative host and let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The deck is amazing—tons of seating, two lounge chairs, and and unbeatable views. My little dog loved running around. We’d love to come back!
