We offer our guests a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed and possibly an additional single bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen (complete with everything) with a welcome bottle of water, cold / hot air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, bath and bed linens, shower shampoo / soap, shower caps , slippers (on request), hairdryer and safe. The apartment is located inside a historic mansion of the '700, where you can visit the old mill, a historic library and a family chapel. A buffet breakfast with sweet and savory food is served in a pretty courtyard or inside the hall of the tanks of the ancient mill, tastefully renovated. You can also use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by secular olive-groves. The apartment is just minutes away, by car, from the seafront in Rossano, the town center and the beautiful old town!

La Magara è un'antica casa costruita alla fine del '700.E' ubicata sulla punta più alta di Civita, piccolo borgo di origini Arbresh, all'ingresso del Parco Nazionale del Pollino. La Magara è composta da 4 camere ampie e fornite di tutti i comfort. Luci calde e accoglienti, vista panoramica, materiali poveri e riusati che rimandano al passato storico degli ambienti domestici. Ogni camera ha mantenuto le sue caratteristiche e ciascuna ha uno sbocco in una strada differente. La Magara offre un'esperienza esclusiva di storia e di costume: dai cibi ai colori, dai silenzi alle atmosfere magiche che gli ambienti offrono. Le colazioni sono la massima espressione della cultura locale. Marmellate e dolci fatti in casa, frutta locale appena raccolta nell orto di famiglia danno il buongiorno. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people.
