Ferienunterkünfte in Spokane

We had a great stay in Tara’s rental. It’s conveniently located in walking or short driving distance of stores, restaurants, and downtown CDA. There is a primary bedroom with its own bathroom and the main bathroom on the first floor. Three bedrooms are upstairs. It could be a challenge for a group with mobility issues, but for our group it worked great. Incredible value for the area as well. Would definitely recommend.

Michelle is so great to work with regarding any questions or assistance needed. We had a special circumstance we needed assistance with and she was quick to respond and provided guidance on how to resolve our matter. She is a gracious host!!!

The place was so nice and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and clean. It was a nice place for families … The beds are very comfortable and the house is very modern and the decor is so cute. The televisions are wonderful and the sauna is amazing. The house is very spacious . The only changes I would make are some type of patio chairs on the front porch , to set in the evenings and the couch was not very comfortable.. The hosts were very friendly, attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay at any location they own . I know it would be well maintained ..

This house was a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for my family to spread out and have their own rooms, but cozy in the living spaces. House was really clean, had plenty of linens & towels, and all the beds that we used were comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small (which I expected from the photos), it’s what I call a ‘one cook kitchen’— but it worked just fine. Overall, this house fit our needs and served as a great home base while we visited CDA for the first time.

The place was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. Nicely furnished and the fish tank was a fun addition.

A wonderful place to stay for a weekend with friends. This home is beautiful with amazing character and coziness with just a bit of fun quirkiness thrown in. I felt very comfortable with plenty of space to relax and be together or go off an be by yourself for a bit. The neighborhood is great and close to the Lake. We walked everywhere. I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list if I need a place in CDA again. David was very responsive and friendly. The cost may seem a bit high but, compared to staying in a hotel, it is a bargain with all the space, amenities and fabulous kitchen and yard.

Home was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location near family. Also appreciated that it is pet friendly which allowed the "granddog" to visit and enjoy the back yard. Hope to stay again!
